Spacious family triple room. Small lift, I fit inside with my 5 year old and 2 large suitcases. I was just glad there was one in general. Location to metro is awesome. Very lively area right next to the square. Plenty of options food wise. Would stay again.

Having read other reviews I do understand some of their points. It is worn and dated. But hey it's Paris. The shower cubicle is small.. and a little mouldy. Nothing that horrendous. It would be nice for just some basic glasses, plates cutlery etc to be provided. There's no kettle or coffee/tea supplied and no fridge, making it hard to even have a glass of wine in your room. I asked reception for a wine glass and was provided with a disposable plastic cup 😂

Room was decent size for a single. Nice shower.

Location of room on top floor and elevator only went to fourth. I'm 91 so carrying suitcase up a flight was tough.

The room was clean, very spacious and had a lot of natural light! The blackout curtains were very good, kept the room dark when wanting to go to sleep. Double-glazed windows were great too, there was no noise from traffic when windows were shut. Water pressure and water temperature of shower was amazing, just right! Lighting in bathroom was great, good for when doing your make up. The best thing about my stay was the bed and pillows: I had the best sleep ever! The mattress was nice and firm, and the pillow was nice and firm too! P.S. the photos I've uploaded were taken after I had settled in, when I first went in, the whole room and bathroom were clean and tidy.

There was no big light in room, so at night when it was dark outside, the lighting was very dim and poor. The bathroom was clean, but not spotless: there were smudges on the glass shelf above the sink and on the outside of the shower (where the material looks like metal). No mini fridge available.

We had a 1st floor room that was great for access (taking luggage upstairs and generally every time we went out) although there is a tiny lift that can fit one person and a large suitcase if needed. Large airy room, looking out onto the street front which we liked for the atmosphere. A little noisy with the dining room prep opposite in the hallway but not enough to bother us. Great location for walking around (we went down to the lourve and river area and then also up to Montmartre easily on foot). About a 20min walk to Gare du nord / Paris Nord station or a 5min Uber ride. Staff (dealt with 4 on our 3 day stay) were very pleasant and no hassles.

Bathroom was very tiny...OK for me and my teens, but someone larger than us might find it very restrictive using the toilet or shower.

It’s very close to the metros, very close to all bars and restaurants, I am a walker so, I Walked everyday to the louvre, around 30 min walk.

Its very tiny and little space in the bathroom, I’m assuming all rooms were small, but If you are over 180 pounds, I don’t recommend

Location is very ideal. It's just a 2 minute walk from the metro. This place is highly recommended! Mind you, it's not a 5 star hotel, so dont expect something extravagant. Overall, I had a nice experience during my stay!

At one point, there was no water supply, but the staff did try their best to accommodate our needs.

After reading all those reviews was very skeptical how bathroom will look like, but there was waiting newly renovated clean bathroom for us. Location was very good. Room was very big and we fitted there with our family very nicely. If one takes the price, location and will go there with reasonable expectations, one won't be disappointed. Quite the opposite.

Floor was a bit dirty - found chocolate from previous guests from floor. Also stroller doesn't fit to the elevator, so must carry it up from narrow stairs.

staff were friendly, accepted to keep our luggage for a few hours after check out. very nice location with good restaurants in the local area, near by République metro and local taxi stand. a good basic room

the toilet was wobbly and had narrow space to sit comfortably. also the shower cabin was small. the sink was small so the water dropped on the floor when we washed our face. the hair dryer was broken, and one of the light bulbs was not working. reported to the reception staff but nothing was done to repair. the lighting of the room was poor with the lamps, so was difficult to see things. the breakfast was very expensive despite not being a buffet.

The hotel was fabulously clean, our family room was huge and its is a brilliant location. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Paris 100%.

The only issue we had was due to a language barrier, one night we returned and asked for our key (you leave it on going out) we were told it wasn't there. We repeated the number a few times and said it most definitely was, but the member of staff basically shrugged and wasn't going to do anything until we typed the number on my phone for him then he realised it was actually there. I wonder if we'd have just been left if we hadn't solved the issue.
