The staff were very personable and helpful, especially the front desk. We asked a few questions including directions and recommendations and each time they took the time to help us out. The housekeeping staff were very polite and helpful. The room was made every day and the bathroom was tidy. The décor was updated and stylish. The location was very good to excellent, at most a 5 minute walk to the station.

The rooms are a bit small and awkwardly renovated, but not the worst we've seen in Paris. The elevator is small, it resembles a residential elevator. The stairs are quite steep for France. While our view was looking right out onto the main street, there was a fair amount of noise that wasn't blocked by the windows. The breakfast is quite limited. I would say it's very expensive considering what's available. Also, not being in a rush, we were some of the last to come down for breakfast, and the staff had not replenished many of the items.

The location was great as I wanted to be near Gare de Lyon...so close! The room was spacious and updated ... very pleasant. The bathroom was also a good size and well appointed. Double glazing on the windows cut out most of the busy street noise. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would come back here.

Would have loved a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. Would have enjoyed some English news on TV eg BBC or CNN Didn't enjoy the noisy children arriving in the room nextdoor at midnight..maybe the rooms could have been more sound proof.

The hotel was next to the station which was the main thing of why we booked it as you can get to disneyland or around paris really quick. The area felt safe too. We got a nice, big and comfortable room, it had a cute view from the balcony and it was very clean with a nice decor.

The room was not soundproof at all. We could hear everything from the room next door or any noise coming from the outside and it felt like it was inside our room. It did disturb our sleep quite a lot but it was ok for 2 nights.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent 5 minute walk from Gare du Lyon which has plenty of places to eat. Easy walking access to the river and the Batobus taxi boat which make it's easy to move through the city / landmarks including the Eiffel tower Travelled with my 13 year old daughter we felt safe here and in this area to.

Access to hot water for drinks would be good

Very friendly receptionists. The cleaning staff, not so much.

Although we were two pairs of people in two dofferent double rooms, we often got one towel as a replacement for the two that were taken away. Not sure if it is a French thing, but there were two small closets in the room - one with the WC (and ONLY the WC, no sink) and another one with sink and shower. This seemed strange and unhygienic.

I love the place and the staff also ,Rona she’s the house keeper she works so hard to make everything better organise and clean good for her, also I can’t forget all the front desk staff they are so helpful naser and the rest thank you so much for everyone in this property they doing the best to make it better and made me happy if I came back to Paris I will choose this hotel again

The rooms little bit small , there’s no kettle and fridge I hope next time they will add them .

Very friendly staff, always available for any question. Location is very close to main metro and rail station. Rooms are small but very well packed. Very clean and maintained. We liked deep window seating place.

Breakfast was very basic and same each morning, but enough. Like many hotels in Paris, all space is used and kept on minimal level (hallways, stairs, elevators, rooms, etc.), but everything is functional.

It is very close to Gare de Lyon, about a 5-minute walk, which makes the hotel very convenient if you arrive late at this train station (just like us). The check-in was straightforward, despite our late arrival and the personal very kind. The room had everything we needed and it allowed us to rest :)

There is a school nearby, so I would say that the isolation of the windows is not the best, the children's noise woke us up and it was a bit annoying.

The hotel was very close to the metro, the staff at the reception was very helpful.. we didn't get breakfast and I can't comment.. what I liked the most, even though the space in the room was not enough, was the bathroom.. .the toilet basin was in a separate area from the rest of the bathroom and the shower..

Not that I didn't really like it, but there wasn't enough space to unpack, at least in our room..

The property has been refurbished pretty recently and it’s in great condition. The bedrooms are small but very comfortable and bathroom is spacious for Paris budget hotel. I would definitely come back.

The staff serving the breakfast were not very nice and helpful. They would not replenish food like croissant or juice even if you asked them and they said they would.
