Location, rooms clean and well maintained. Shower great. Staff fantastic.

Room was extremely hot.

The room was smaller than expected but still okay for one person. I requested a quiet room and they fulfilled it. Location was good. Just a short walk to most places I wanted to go. Staff was helpful in answering my questions. Only one small issue with the TV service and resolved quickly.

I think breakfast could improve a little more. I understand it's a continental breakfast, but a couple more selections would be great. Hotel rate was high! I paid a little less for a 5 star hotel, with a larger buffet breakfast, in Old Town Prague the week before. Will definitely compare hotel prices more extensively on my next visit to Paris. Yes, I understand it's Paris!

Very good hotel and amazing staff with a perfect location in paris and near the metro. Breakfast could be more supplied and better replacement of food but nothing too bad.

Only point I would make to improve would be that there was no cold airconditioning in our room because the whole building was in hot aircon, this makes no sense as you have to have the same temp as everyone else. We had to have the window opened the whole stay with the noise of the other aircon machine the whole night so that is my only negative point of the hotel. Other than that, very good value for money hotel.

The pool area was great and it has a super relaxing environment. Location was also good - it felt safe, clean and lots of food options around. It is also close to Le Marais which is another good area for shopping and restaurants. The room also had a small balcony overlooking at the street which had a very Parisian look and feel. Free water, a coffee machine and a mini fridge available at the room. This always comes in handy.

Location is great. Well kept, tasteful decor. Rooms clean, lovely toiletries, comfortable bedding. Great bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Not a dislike at all, but did not have breakfast there as had plenty of time to wander to a cafe terrasse (great location for it if you have the time) I’m sure very useful for a business trip.

Had the most wonderful stay at the Lyric Hotel. Great location close to lots of bars, restaurants and the metro, as well as of course the opéra, but also not very much noise from the street at night. Room is spacious and clean with good facilities such as a coffee machine. A/C. Lovely modern bathroom. The hotel also has a small spa fitted with a pool, sauna and steam room as well as a fitness suite. You have to book a slot in advance which meant it was never over crowed. Helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The only disappointment was our double bed was 2 single beds pushed together. I know this is common for many hotels but unexpected for the price we paid for the room.

Perfect location that could reach to the most iconic tourist spots and also near Auber (RER) to travel outside paris esp. Disneyland easily. Room size was perfect for a couple.

There's a little noisy when someone's outside/in front of your room.

Great friendly welcoming staff. Nice decor, well kept, quiet & clean room. Mini bar with complimentary drinks was a nice addition. Everything we could need had been catered for. Beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent.

Would be better to have the bathroom properly separate from the bedroom, so you can't hear/see your companion! Rather than the fashionable glass door with big gaps that doesn't divide the room from toilet & shower.

Loved it! it was great to get used to the area! a perfect mix of local and tourist! I was taking my fiance there for the first time, and it was the best place for new tourists and old lovers of the city. The elevators and the spa was a major plus! The size of the room was exceptional- especially for Paris! Couldnt have been happier!

No cork screws in the room- no matter if that's my complaint- than consider it fabuloous!

Staff were welcoming and professional. The room was spotless. The bathroom was clean and had lovely bath products. Loved the hammam. Used the facilities daily after walking for hours in Paris.

The breakfast was average, the fresh orange juice being the highlight.
