Just amazing! A small luxury boutique hotel with all attributes of a grand hotel. Excellent work of all staff. Fantastic venue and the rooms. Quiet street right in the center of Paris. Very much appreciated. Would love to return back.

Its design, palace-like type of hotel, even at a small scale, location. Large surface of the room for Paris, very nice neighborhood.

Service below the expectation. As a returning customer, I should admit that I had high expectation, to just receive a kind of ok service. No extra mile, in spite of getting an upgraded room, however there is not that much difference between that and the one booked. At least, not in terms of size, which counts in Paris. But the most disappointing thing was that we were promised to be called, when the room was ready. No call received. We have made a request for a twin room and we got a king bedroom. This was still solved, by spending half an hour with the maids changing beds. Definitely, not a five star hotel. And the list could continue… In spite of these, we had a great time in the city of light.

Booked at the last minute due to an unexpected stay, so i cannot say i booked this with any expectations in mind. This place is a hidden gem and is now my go to place for Paris trips. Perfectly located within walking distance of Champs-Elysees and on a relatively quiet street. Staff were first class and the building itself is immaculate. One of my favourite boutique hotels now.

Wonderful hidden gem in the heart of the city, could not hope for beter! Fabulous staff, the room was absolutely beautiful, It’s rare to see such a great attention to detail going from the lobby, common areas to each corner of the room.

Excellent location, walkable to great restaurants, shopping and a Uber away from museum, historic locations, Eiffel Tower, etc.

Most staff were extremely friendly. We had a bad day, issues with the plane, luggage lost, dishonest taxi driver.. When we arrived at the hotel, all members of the staff made us feel so warm and welcome, that, was exactly what we needed. Very grateful also for the upgrade to a room with side view of the Eiffel Tower. It was amazing.

The room is plain but very nice. The shower is really a bit old. A coffee machine in the room would make a big difference to me.

An absolutely spectacular experience staying at the San Régis!!! Everything was perfect, such a charming hotel, really felt like Paris in every way; and the absolute best staff….took care of our every needs and made us feel right at home!!! Our view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing!!!!

The safety n the location , very quiet ! Lot of museums are walking distance Staff is very personable, catering to your every need , for a boutique hotel, impressive! I was greeted by name on my second day They arranged a nurse to the hotel for my Covid test before my trip home!

I stayed here a few times now I prefer rooms upstairs , lot of day lights The rooms on the main floor is kinda dark!

This is very beautiful hotel - makes you feel like you stepped into the old world splendor. Located very closely to all the fashion boutiques, if that is your interest. I loved that there was a separate dressing room. The ceilings are very high.

It's an old hotel, and certain corners tend to be dusty. The shower was difficult to manage as well. And there are lots of stairs going in and out of the hotel, not very wheelchair / stroller friendly. This is a hotel you come to feel glamourous, not necesarrily to bask in its comfort. The breakfast room is beautiful and the options are plenty but tastewise it could have been an American hotel...
