After hours of research we stayed at this Incredible hotel… from the welcome to the goodbye Rarely do a put reviews but this hotel was brilliant.. great location just off champs elysees in a vibrant area which felt safe The hotel was so clean and rooms cleaned everyday and staff were very helpful at reception.. they even were able to get us a dinner reservation at a restaurant that was fully booked online Breakfast was an added bonus whether it was downstairs or room service with plenty of options. would book again no questions

Situation, décor, pleasant staff

We were on top floor (6th), small lift, noisy generator, 2 light switches had light to indicate where they were, ok you may think but annoying when you want to sleep.

The location of the hotel is Great. Short walking distance to Champs-Élysées, lots of luxury shops, restaurants and bars in the area. Less than 2 minutes walk and you have a great view of the Eiffel Tower. There is parking garages around the hotel and cost around 40 euros per day. It felt safe to walk around at night. Breakfast was ok in general, great cappuccino and croissants. The Balmain bathroom amenities were nice touch.

Limited breakfast area; they prefer you to eat in the room, but there are extra charges for eggs, meat, and cheese, which isn’t the case in the breakfast area. Only rooms on the 2nd and top floor have balconies. And from the 2nd floor you can barely see the top of the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel is wonderfully located, the staff is polite and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The TV in our room broke and since it was the weekend and the repairman couldn't come, we were moved to a higher class room.

There was a renovation in the staircase that we were not informed about, there was also a renovation in the neighboring building, and at 8 am we were woken up by workers. The breakfast is very poor, the only vegetables are cherry tomatoes, there is no fish, one type of tasteless fried eggs and sausage. Each time we had to wait for the food to be brought, since they only put out a few pieces and the trays are empty.

Hotel West-End is in a perfect location. The staff are lovely and the room and hotel facilities are great.

My room could’ve been a bit cleaner, specially the bathroom.

Great location, right next to the luxury brands’ shopping street and walking distance to various attractions. It has the Parisian vibe that we were looking for and the view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony made the stay perfect. We loved the option of having breakfast in bed/in the room and the spread in the dining room was great too. The room and bathroom were luxurious and very clean. Above all, we love the great service and cheerful staff who greeted us each time we arrive at the lobby.

The low ventilation in the room and small lift.. but no big deal. We’ll still love to come back again!

Breakfast in the room on the balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower was a dream. Super comfy bed, amazing staff.

The lift was tiny 😂 and it was def priced for Paris but actually quite reasonable in the local scheme of things.

The hotel is lovely and the staff charming and could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 minor issues. The decor is lovely and the beds comfortable. It is in a very quiet area and public transportation very accessible.

The breakfast room is way too cramped and the tables too small. It was impossible to get out from the banquette without moving a table completely and there is not enough room for the size of the hotel. The heating in the room was too high. Even when we turned it off and opened the window, it was too warm because of the heat rising from the rest of the hotel.

Lovely hotel just off Ave Montaigne, a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and Ave George V. Excellent restaurants and shopping close by as well as easy access to the metro. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the best bellman who was so accommodating upon our arrival on 29 May and also to Ananda who provided excellent service throughout our stay! We loved this hotel and would highly recommend!

Everything was very good.

Comfort, superb location at walking distance to all the core avenues of the city center. Staff were super attentive and helped us doing an upgrade to our room. Really good breakfast!

We reserved a standard room based on a few pictures in Booking. The room didn’t meet our expectation because some of the posted photos had a big window. The room we got had a tiny window and was a bit dark. Despite that, the staff handled the situation really well and accomodated us.
