Everything!!! New, clean, location and friendly staff

Nothing!!! Should have booked the whole stay there gutted I didn’t.

Close to the Champs - Élysées, 10/15min walk to the Grand Palais and La Galerie Dior. Was glad to see oat milk was in the room with the tea and coffee selection. Every door had a keypad so I felt very safe going through each door I came across. The app was easy to use and kept me updated with my room. For my short stay I was pleased with the room I was given.

If I were to stay longer I would have enjoyed a nicer view of Paris. However with a busy few days the view from my room was the last thing on my list of things.

Location, comfortable room, well secured property

Great location on a relatively active but not very loud street. Smooth check-in as hotel sends a code to access the building and room beforehand. We were in a bigger room with a kitchenette and a balcony. Good places to eat nearby, metro is two steps away. Possibility to leave luggage at the lobby until 8PM, lobby has sitting places and a toilet room.

Maybe just a small thing but would be nice to have more international channels on TV (not only news) and perhaps something like Netflix to watch and relax after a productive sightseeing day.

perfect location

Only 1 lift available in the building, at arrival the lift was not working, and stayed not working for almost 24 hours, we had to carry our bags on the stairs, also we had to go up and down the whole 24 hrs on the stairs!! besides we booked a large suite and because of the lift issue, and the large suite was in the 6th floor, they moved us to a small suite in the 3rd floor, without any refund back for the difference in price or compensation!

Extremely excited about this hotel, the best ever location in the heart of Paris, 10 steps from hotel to Champs-Élysées, metro station, just 2 minutes to the famous Enterecôte restaurant, just 10 steps to a big supermarket, very clean and well equipped room, all additional necessary stuff such as towel, teabag, coffee, ironing board and laundry machine were stored in the back of lobby lounge in the laundry room, everything was beyond my expectation

Great location, clean, modern and well equipped for the price. Lots of plug sockets, coffee machine and kettle, decent sized fridge. Nice big shower and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Felt very secure. Pub next door was great for lunch and supermarket just a few doors away. There was even a corkscrew 🤣

Aircon was noisy. Don't expect a huge space for the price. It was perfectly big enough to sleep in, but there wasn't much storage for a longer stay.

Its location was perfect and ease of entry was handy, cleanliness was good and so was getting more towels. Overall an ideal venue for exploring central Paris

Access door to 209 and 210 was sticking and so had to give it a big shove to open. Noise late at night and early morning from the atrium.

Considering the price, I was surprised at how modern and clean it was. The location was really good, steps from the FDR metro stop. I liked the free amenities as well. Overall exceeded my expectations for the price I paid - since I’ve paid similar prices and experienced not as nice at other hotels.

Keypad was a bit excessive since I had to type the same code 5 times to get to my room. But not a big deal.

The hotel was amazing. Starting from the design of the entrance, the easy access thanks to the codes and the cleanliness of the room. We had a great experience and we would definitely come back to this place.

The bathroom was very big compared to the room. They could have increased the size of the room and reduced the size of the bathroom, but that's just a detail.
