The staff were incredibly helpful, everyone spoke English, and the location right next to the Abbesses station can't be beat. Our room also had a really incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. We never tried the breakfast but appreciated the option for relatively cheap (€10).

The room and bathroom were fairly small and cramped (especially the shower), the bed was stiff, the walls were very thin so I heard our neighbors' entire morning routine, and there was a lot of construction/renovation happening throughout the hotel so you had to take the very tiny elevator if you didn't want to edge your way around materials on each floor. Minor nitpicks, but the little annoyances added up.

Excellent position with 24-hour desk. Room prettily decorated and the shower worked well. It was at the back, so no outside noise, though some from neighbouring rooms (take ear plugs!). The space was quite restricted, so someone who wasn't very mobile would have difficulty getting round to the far side of the bed, and there was limited headroom for standing in the bath to take a shower. There was a good range of toiletries provided, and it was great being able to leave our luggage after we checked out.

The hallway/stair carpet is looking very tired, and one or two fixtures in the bathroom needed repair.

Great location, close to metro, markets, restaurants, and shops. An easy walk up to the Sacre Cour. Lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from our room.

Our room was quite small, but comfortable enough for my daughter and I.

Nice place 🥰 very helpful staff. The location is easy to find and it's very close to sightseeing destinations in Montmartre. Rooms are very cosy and clean. You have there everything you need. Also there are a lot of gorgeous restaurants where you can have breakfast.

The rooms were spotless, there is a luggage room, if like me you arrived early & left late, the breakfast is adequate & typically French, all fresh. Perfect location, nice view of square, Abesses Metro footsteps away. Worth taking the venacular railway to Sacre Coeur, otherwise u might need oxygen if u take the steps! The view over Paris at night from Montmatre at the top is banging, the street artists are side by side, its a groovy area & the Regyns Hotel is just far away enough to get some quiet again, plenty of restaurants & a lovely Creperie directly outside to sit in proper deckchairs & watch the world go by, perfect👌

Location, location, location. Right at the foot of Montmarte Hill below Sacre Couer. One metro stop right there and another one block away.

As expected, the rooms were tiny, with not much wiggle room. But I wasn't expecting spaciousness.

The location is everything about this hotel. Right in the centre of Montmartre and so close to Abbesses metro you can faintly hear the rumble of the trains deep beneath you when in the hotel room. Wissam on reception was very kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The room was very small and cramped, as was the bathroom. I specially booked a room with a bath tub but it was so small you could only just about sit in it. The room got very hot and stuffy as the radiators were constantly on full blast, so I slept with the window wide open most of the time. In December! The room and the hotel in general is extremely dated and tired in its decor. Probably not renovated since the 80s. Needs a glow up. It was a bit expensive for what it was, but I guess you’re paying for the amazing location.

Great location and view of Eiffel Tower. Room was comfortable, warm and big enough for two. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The bathrooms are a little dated with old shower curtains but it didn’t impact our stay too much.

A small and nice little hotel in the heart of Mont Martre. Very kind and helpful personal. Metro station, Abbesses just outside the hotel make it easy to reach everywhere... The room we got was pretty small but no problems for two persons. Small bathroom but fully functional. Room cleaning every day and we could see the Eiffeltower from our room.. Breakfast is fully ok, fresh bread and coffee. This is a 2-stars hotel that we fully can recommend and we will not hesitate to book Regyns Hotel for next visit in Paris.
