The hotel is located in an area we really felt was in the Paris hub. The hotel staff accommodated our every need. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms are small but very well arranged. It is a historic, boutique hotel which we like when we travel in Europe. The hotel is privately owned and therefore the staff want to make your stay a perfect one. This is NOT a chain hotel with employees who don't care about your experience. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Paris.

We accepted the small rooms, and we knew that was the case when we booked. The rooms were made to be as comfortable as possible given the historical architecture. Perfect for a Paris stay.

The location and the hotel staff were excellent and the hotel itself was very clean. Our second time staying there.

The mattress and bottom sheet could hardly be less comfortable- hard, lumpy & the sheet like sandpaper (though the duvet cover & duvet were lovely). Just truly needs a good mattress topper & nicer bottom sheet.

Location was excellent. Central to Latin Quarter. We walked everywhere! Conceirge very helpful.

Lift is very tiny. Understandable due to hotel being built in 1400s. Stairs are treacherous but again, due to era of hotel

The location is ideal, as many tops destinations in Paris are within easy walking distance. Also the RER and Metro are nearby. Both concierges, Ghiles and Jean Marie were extremely helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. They arranged limo transportation to and from the airports, and double checked to assure the driver would be ontime for an early morning pickup. They also arranged an early breakfast as we departed. We relied on them every day of our one week stay and they always provided excellent and friendly service. The night attendant was also very helpful anytime we needed assistance. For example, he provided coffee early in the morning, before breakfast was served. The hotel breakfast was outstanding in every way, with great pastries, eggs made to order, yogurt and fruit and attentive servers. The room was about average size for a Paris hotel, and the modern bathroom was good sized with large shower and wonderful towels and bathrobes. Storage space was good and the bed was comfortable. Room temperatures were always comfortable and the window was nice for fresh, cool air and a view. Cleaning staff was accommodating and thorough.

Several nights it was noisy outside in the street, as there is a bar at the corner. Closing the window mitigated the disruption. Everything else was great and this is now our favorite hotel in Paris. It's 4 star and worthy.

the location is great, it’s close to the louvre. There are so many cafes and bakeries close to the hotel

The hotel was really well located near to the Latin Quarter and two subway stations. Also a short walk to the Louvre or Notre-Dame.

I know hotel rooms in Paris are very small, but this one was excessively small, specially considering that I paid for a room that was advertised as having 16㎡. I also paid an exorbitant price for the two nights. The room was in the attic and had like a second extremely tiny and barely usable second floor which I never used.

Fabulous choice. LOCATION: We've stayed all over Paris on various trips, but the location here is perfect. We could walk easily to everything (as others have outlined in detail). STYLE: We really wanted a truly French feeling hotel and we were delighted, especially our granddaughter who loved her room so much she never wanted to leave. As promised, Henri reserved 2 rooms on the same floor for us, which made our week so comfortable, convenient, and pleasurable. THE BREAKFAST ROOM: charming and excellent value as the 15E here provided a much better breakfast than any of the other places we tried at this same price plus none of the others had the charm of staff like Lillianne to look after us! STAFF: Everyone was warmly professional and friendly. Raymond knew days in advance that the train to the airport would shut down on our departure day & he arranged for us to have the guarantee of a good taxi waiting for us that morning which we much appreciated. When checking in at the airport we heard many others had a terrible time getting there. Henri looked after us from the moment we chose this hotel until the moment we departed, even afterwards as he forwarded a jacket our granddaughter left behind. What an asset he is to any hotel!

It gets a 10 rating - clearly we had no problems.

The service was incredible. Jean-Marie and the rest of the staff made our stay easy, with restaurant recommendations, car service and also, holding on some valuable items we left on checkout. The location is perfect. 3 minutes to the metro. 5 minutes to Notre Dame and St. Chapelle. Located on a quiet street, but just around the corner from restaurants, brasserie, and coffe shops. Room was comfortable and clean. Big by Paris standards. Has AC, but depending on time of season, could already be turned off. It was for us our last 2 nights. Not a huge issue, as we were able to open the window. Excellent place and staff. I'll stay here again.

A charming property full of character, located 50 metres from the Seine with a very short walk to Notre Dame. We had one of the top floor rooms and loved it, perfect for our needs. Even had some of the original 15th century beams. Very clean and serviced daily. Slippers and dressing gowns provided if required. Very comfortable bed and probably the best towels that I have ever had the pleasure of using. A special mention to Jean Marie and Henri who are on hand with their wealth of knowledge and expertise to answer any questions and to ensure that our stay was perfect and always very friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is a gem! Jean Marie, Henri, Liliana ( cleaning staff) and all the other staff members were so kind and accommodating! We missed our connecting flight and I kept communicating with the hotel, they were very understanding and reassuring. The location is prime, walking distance to everything, but safe and quiet, perfect! The hotel is charming, excellent breakfast, typical parisian hotel with the bonus of an elevator ( small, like one should expect to be, but very convenient). Comfortable beds, spotless clean, excellent service! Thank you again, Jean Marie, for helping making our stay so wonderful! We will definitely come back and I will recommend this great hotel to everyone! Denise and Ed

If I could suggest a small improvement, I would say that rooms 16 and 26 could receive a sliding door other than the glass ( transparent) one that currently exists there. These are the only rooms with that feature and it might not bother if it’s a single occupant or even some couples, but I think it can be a problem for people like me, I need privacy. The other rooms seemed to have a regular door in the bathroom. Thank you!
