The location was perfect for Notre Dame and the Seine. St Germaine Blvd was just around the corner. Easy to walk around day and night as it felt safe and had plenty of restaurants and places to go including the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens.

The room only had wall lights which made it a bit dark even with them all on. The bed needed a mattress topper as it was 2 singles joined together but the sheet wasn’t enough not to feel the join. Not many electrical sockets and the one next to the bed didn’t work. No English breakfast tea in the room or available at reception sadly only fruit tea or Earl Grey which I don’t like.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions. The view from my room was quite lovely, great for taking pictures :D The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home and significantly enhanced my stay. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the bed, which was large and incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

While my stay at the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few areas that left me disappointed. One major issue was the bathroom door, or rather, the lack of an actual door. This setup offered little to no privacy, which was quite inconvenient and uncomfortable. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there were no shower caps provided in the bathroom. As someone who prefers not to get their hair wet every time I shower, this was an unexpected and frustrating omission. Overall, while the hotel had its strengths, such as a great location and friendly staff, these particular issues with the bathroom setup got stuck in my mind.

You can't beat this location! The room was nice, clean and comfortable with street views and steps from everything you'd want to see in Paris. Staff were helpful, and the lift (not always available in European hotels) was a great help with the luggage. Accommodations weren't luxurious, but updated and still charming.

Three things to consider: (1) The down pillows would flatten with use; (2) There can be some street noise both morning and evenings; and (3) Temperature control (heating) on upper floors can require extra adjustment by opening the window.

The location is great, in the heart of the Latin quarter, it’s not quite, you can hear the puls of the city life, but that’s what we want! Sometimes a Saxophone player played on the corner right under our hotel room, it was so romantic! The Staff is very helpful, friendly and funny! The breakfast was very good. The bed of the hotel room was comfortable.

The bathroom of our room was clean but old and the shower was not good, a modern bathroom would be better, but for a few days it was ok. We would book this hotel every time again!

Location was wonderful. We enjoyed the proximity to the metro, as well as being within walking distance to so many wonderful destinations. The hotel facilities were very nice. Always terrific to have an elevator. Though the room was on the small side, having the balcony with a table and two chairs was excellent for extending the space and enjoying the live music and listening to the activities from the restaurants on the street below.

I stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Came by mistake to this hotel and then i didn’t want to leave. I was trying it for 1 night and renewing every morning. And every morning they were helping me. It was like a home for me. Ive never stayed somewhere in vacation and felt comfortable and happy as much as this time. Fatme and the rest of the staff, all of them they’re more than amazing they’re perfect. I was forgetting my stuff and wallet everytime in the reception and they were running after me to give it, they helped me where to go, anything i needed they were there for me. Its not only me, i was sitting in reception and saw how helping they are with people. You really feel like in a place like home and thats what i want when i go on a vacation. Thank you for everything

This hotel is in a prime location for a wide variety of restaurants and a wonderful bakery cafe BO&MIE. We were a short walk away from Norte Dame and the train that would quickly transport us to museums, shopping and the Eiffel Tower. The staff were fantastic from Front Desk, housekeeping, to the restaurant staff.

The rooms are comfortable, but there isn't much extra space. We did enjoy our little patio outside the room.

Breakfast was so good with small pain de chocolate, yoghurt, bacon and eggs fruit erc etc. The setting in Rue St Severin, excellent. Area in Latin Quarter buzzing with restaurants and Parisian life with the occasional accordian and guitar players strolling. Close to Shakespeare and co bookshop and Notre Dame and the beautiful St Severin church with all its gargoyles. Lovely place to experience Paris!

Having to pay extra 300 Euros to be returned to me later! Have never had that in a hotel before.

First of all, the staff - everyone was extremely nice and helpful, I hope the manager appreciate their efforts. The location was perfect - just in the middle of everything, including the transportation, so we stayed in the hotel twice in the last 3 months. The breakfast is good. Last time we stayed in a mansard room on 6th floor, which was very cute. Thank you!

I have been staying here for several days and have had a great experience with the hotel's living environment. I am very grateful for the friendly greetings and timely service of the hotel's front desk staff. Also, thank you to the lady who made me a cappuccino during breakfast and the smiling gentleman who took care of me during dinner. I also thank the cleaning lady who kept my room very clean. On the day before I left the hotel, I sadly ordered a glass of wine, but I am very grateful for everyone here. I have experienced a lot of warmth and human goodness, and I will remember everyone and visit again next time.Merci!!!
