The room was very comfortable - cozy! The bathroom was nice, clean. The beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful -- housekeeping did a great job and they were very attentive. The concierges were kind and helpful - they allowed us to store our bags while we waited for an early check-in time. We also enjoyed the location - there is great access!

Unfortunately, the walls of the rooms are thin, so we could easily hear other people in our building, doors closing and music from the next door building. Other people staying in the hotel were respectful and quiet, but it was sometimes difficult to sleep through the night with the noise.

The location and tidiness. I think is a good place to stay for 1 max. 2 night. More than that, I would recomend to find other place. And do not pay for the breakfast. It is very simple, not enough variety. Near by the hotel is a caffe where you can get better options for the same price.

The breakfast. Very poor. Not enough options. Better to find a caffe in the street to eat. Also the soup and shampoos. The rooms where a bit small for 3 people, though we manage it as we didn't have big luggage.

I was originally planning to start this review with a complaint about the air conditioning...but a housekeeper managed to fix what the front desk guy and the repair guy couldn't! So I had air con on my last day! It had been blowing hot air; when I reported it they immediately got maintenance, who said it was working fine, yet it was 25C in my room and set for 17C, and the dial read "chaud". Everytime we tried to change it to "Froid" it would auto-revert back to chaud. I gave up and slept with the window open. Came back from touring around on my last day and the housekeeper and managed to get it to stay on cold! and boy, was it cold. So bottom line: if your air con is not working...it's not broke but it'll take some time to figure out how to get the settings to stay adjusted. so, that being dealt with... Location: Fab. In the heart of the latin quarter. patiserries and every restaurant food you could imagine, just on the three little streets around you. Walk out of the hotel 40 steps and you have Notre-Dame and the Seine right in front of you. You are located at one of the busiest metro stations in the city, with about 4 lines coming through (direct line to Eiffel Tower), so getting around is easy (and you want the Pl. Saint Michel exit from the metro to get back to your hotel). This hotel has an elevator, which is a huge help when you have heavy luggage. Noise: couldn't hear a thing from the street in my room...not a single peep. The biggest noise was from the halls, and the elevator door and the creaky stairs. couldn't hear any room-to-room noise or outside noise

Bed was awful, saggy on both sides.

lovely old fashion hotel. Bed super comfy, awesome locations. it was perfect for a couple. will definitely book it on my next trip to Rome

not a dislike but more a “it will be great if” walls were more sound proof. We heard nothing from the street but we could hear every other rooms when they close or open door, their steps and talk a bit loud. was not a real issues but got woke up a couple of time die to that noise.

Contrary to many of the negative reviews I read after booking, I found the hotel to be clean, the reception to be business like but friendly enough. The location is great, but, yes, you are right in the middle of things, so, well, it's going to be noisy. Fortunately (or not), I have noisy neighbors, so I brought my ear plugs. That, and the fact that the windows do a very good job of blocking the sound from the street, I had no problem with noise. The air conditioner worked just fine (on a two-day stay when the temperatures were hitting 34 degrees Celsius). The bed was very comfortable.

I have been to Paris many times over a long period of years. Yes, the rooms are small, and there are very few places to sit or put things down, but that is just what most of these old hotels are like. You have to just be glad that you have your own bathroom. I did find the hotel over-priced, but, hotel prices have gone through the roof everywhere in the last year, so, maybe I'm just not quite up to speed on that yet.

Hotel in great location if you can tolerate noise. Just across the Seine from the rebuilding Notre Dame Cathedral. The room was small but neat and had just been refurbished. The maid was wonderful, made sure I had enough towels. The front desk accommodated my only speaking English (Everyone at the front desk spoke fluent English). I would go back maybe ask for the back rooms (Not sure what the view is like-mine was open to the street)

The real warning is it on a street with restaurants and bars that are open late. (Paris closing for bars is 2 am apparently). They are loud. I was in the front of the hotel facing the street so probably better to try for a room in back. The room had a very good sound reducing window and I live in the middle of a busy street so I wasn't usually bothered by the noise but once again it is loud. Also the small elevator can be heard every time someone used it.

The cosy feeling of the interior- simple but nice. Location. We could walk everywhere.

I was prepared for it to be noisy due to its location. I am a light sleeper so slept well with my ear plugs. My father had no ear plugs but he slept fine anyway!

Room was perfect - right in the middle of the Latin Quarter! Lots of restaurants, bars, live music. Directly across from Notre Dame and walking distance to EVERYTHING! Quick train to Eiffel Tower and back. Train from Charles De Gaulle airport, and five minute walk to hotel. We couldn't have picked a better location for our first time to Paris!! We will definitely be back - hotel was better than in the pictures. Only ding would be the bathroom shower - tiny!!! But doable.... us Americans are spoiled with our big showers!! We love everything about Hotel Mont Blanc!! Great Location!!! Thank you so much for treating us so well while we were coming and going...

Property was very well situated in a great neighborhood, walkable to the Seine, Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, and a metro station right around the corner. It was easy to find after a long day of travel. The staff was very kind, and helpful, and answered all of my questions. They do have a laundry service which is very reasonable priced, and they even helped me with a special request I had due to some more delicate dresses. Overall I had a very good experience and would absolutely stay again.

The air conditions was super loud (but more importantly it worked!!). The upside is that it drowned out the noise from the restaurants on the streets! If you’re sensitive to noise, maybe bring some ear plugs that you are comfortable sleeping in. The room is tiny, and I had a lot of luggage due to my long travels, but they do provide a wardrobe, so I just unpacked what I needed and tucked my cases away in the corner, so not a deal breaker. :)

Once I found the hotel it was lovely. The front desk personnel were very helpful and responsive, they were the best. The location ended up being very close to everything and there was nightlife right outside our door. I thought it might end up being really loud at night but it shuts down at midnight.

My taxi just put me out and pointed down a street. Not having any idea where I was I wondered around a bit but my GPS headed me in the right direction. The street did look closed but other taxis came down to the hotel. The room we, my sister and I, shared (two twin beds) was very small. We were right on top of each other. I'm not sure my husband would have been comfortable (6') and I know my sister's husband would not have fit (6'6"). There was a tiny elevator which we used to take the luggage up but we used the stairs after that. But we were in Paris so we didn't spend much time in the room.
