the location is amazing. The bathroom is very clean and has Shataf.

We had to wait 1.5 hours past our check in time to get into room. The roof top restaurant was on open for 1/4 days we were there.

Location, breakfast was good. The rooms were well appointed. The staff and the concierge were very helpful and helped us with our plans for the city sightseeing.

The room service was most pathetic, the staff sounded very disgruntled, we had asked for some plates and cutlery at 8.30 pm on the last day of our stay,no one answered nor was there any help from the reception. We were informed they are very busy they will attend your request. Surprised the cutlery nor the plates did not come at all. This was the most disappointing.

I would like to thank the management of WAWiCK Hotel Champs-Elysées Paris for the elegant style of dealing and hospitality that I received throughout my stay with my family in the hotel from Mrs. Sophia, Front Office manager. Her smoothness and sophistication in dealing is remarkable. She made us feel by her warm hospitality as if we were at our home and not in a hotel. All our requests were answered with pleasure and overwhelmed us with her hospitality. I thank her and appreciate her supports. Thanks are extended to the hotel's top management for their selection of their employees with this degree of professionalism, knowledge, and a culture of quality of service. I congratulate myself for choosing the hotel and congratulate the management on choosing Mrs. Sofia for this position. She is a big asset to the hotel and to the guests alike. I am sure that the hotel will witness an unprecedented turnout and occupancy in light of Mrs. Sophia's assumption of the position of Front Office Manager. She has the good spirit, ability, and keenness to follow the guests and seek their comfort. It is very comfortable, it has an excellent location where you can comfortably move wherever you want, it is located in an area full of shops and the rooms are very nice, it is very clean too!

The reception staff, with work, answered you by saying good morning, they never asked you if you needed something, or if everything was in order, the truth is that we were upset because when we asked something or said hello they were very rude! We also had a bad experience since we arrived in Paris at 11 am, and we asked if we could check in earlier, to which they told us no, since we had to enter at 3 pm, after that when we arrived at 3 pm really exhausted from the trip and not having slept much, they told us that we should wait a little longer because the room was not ready, we waited for 40 minutes. It is a good place, but unfortunately the people are not, they do not give explanations and they are not very empathetic.

the staff are good especially the ones who is taking our luggage in and out there are water in the toilet which is amazing it’s safe place the location was very good so you never get bored traveling to France it’s in the middle of the famous street every time I come to Paris I book this hotel so I wonder why it’s only rated 7 while it should be 9

few staff I think you need more :) no mini bar in the room :( also the free water that should been given everyday they didn’t give I had to bring my own water or need to buy it from the hotel which they overpriced it the staff in front disk always takes long time checking in I hate to come because of the long checking in but I do come every time there are noise from the club next to the hotel but it didn’t bother me as much as the building noise in the morning I came many times so now I know I should ask for a room in the 6th floor because it has a street view many times I come I have been taking a very bad view view is on the building instructions that were so noisy also the garden which was hard to take look on so next time I came I will stay on the 6th floor :)

Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful They brought an iron and cot for the baby quickly when we asked for it.

One of the members of staff on reception was a bit snooty with my husband. We couldn't help thinking it was because my husband is black. Its so tiring that we still face this in 2022... The telephone was impossible to work out so I couldn't phone down to reception to ask for the iron, however, I asked the chap who brought up our bags and he got what we needed (I asked him to show me how the phones work, and he couldn't work it out either!)

Location was fantastic. Close to main shopping street and metro stations. The rooms were very big considering parisien standards. Although the furniture was a little dated, both rooms were very clean. Staff were welcoming and very prompt. Reviewers have commented on the hotel being located on a street of clubs, but surprisingly the rooms were quiet and a draft beer and hot supper at 1am is just right next door. Despite the night life, the street is very safe.

I liked the location and the staff in the breakfast hall were very good.

I came to the hotel and had to do some work from home. The Wi-Fi was working in the lobby but wasn’t working in the room. whenever I tried to complain in the reception the lady just told me the problem is in my phone and that they cannot help. I told her that my whole family faced the same problem so it’s not my phone and after some time she told me to go to the room and a technician will come. I went and stayed there and he didn’t. when I went back to tell her she didn’t help at all. when I went the next day to another guy, he told me there is nothing they can do. the staff in the reception was really rude in that matter and didn’t help me at all. I have booked a family room and was expecting Wi-Fi in my stay and there wasn’t Wi-Fi in the whole stay.

The room is quiet enough that we can sleep well. Location is good.

There was a sudden black-out, was not informed about it. Was shocked as it was our first night in the hotel and some of us were in the toilet and bathrooms. We cannot reach the front desk as the phone was not working too. Scary for first-time customers. Besides, the housekeeping was not helpful. We called for several services but there was no reaction after replying OK.
