The hotel is in a great location, and is in a beautiful old building. The whole street smelled like jasmine when we were there, a bit of a storybook area really! The rooms are well decorated, large, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Strongly recommended!

The parking lot was a bit far from the hotel itself, and it's not immediately obvious that it's up a hill and some stairs...so it was a bit strenuous getting the bags to the hotel and back.

Great location in the heart of the old city. Sumptuous, arty decor in the common areas. Comfortable room, very quiet. Well equipped with fridge, etc. Good breakfast. Appreciated the half-price deal for the car park (Parking du Centre). Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

On both mornings, there was nobody about when I went into the breakfast room. I had to ask the receptionist to call someone and they still took at least 5 minutes to emerge from the kitchen. Although the breakfast itself was good, a more welcoming attitude would have been appreciated. The room decor was rather dingy. Shower head not adjustable and could only be used handheld. Washbasin drain needed unblocking.

This is a fantastic hotel. It is in an old building almost next to the amphitheater in the old town. You could not ask for a better location. The room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There is also a sitting room for guests. We slept very well and it is very quiet at night. The centre of Arles is compact with museums and old buildings to visit. There are plenty of places to eat in a few minutes walk.

The hotel is a jewel in its interior design, very artish (great paintings and photos). If it rained you could spend the whole day in the salon reading, talking or just enjoying music they play. The location is perfect: 3-10 min on foot to most of the main attractions (arena, amphiteatre, l'Espace de Van Gogh .... and 15min to LUMA). As my room was already cleaned I was able to check-in earlier. The man at the reception was extremely kind and generous! Next time I am in Arles I would definitely choose the same place.

This 17th century building has been well restored and is beautiful. The location and the parking is easy to find and a low stress deal. The staff is helpful with enough English to make it work. Arles is an old Roman city with narrow streets and old buildings. I recommend a visit to Arles.

The showers in this hotel and many others use the entire room as the shower, which means water is everywhere. So the floor needs to be dried after each shower. Kind of a pain.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable and quiet. Host changed one of the rooms for us when he saw my father ( aged 93) might find the stairs difficult without being asked. Gave him a fabulous room on the ground floor. Much appreciated. Breakfast great value too. Parking the car in the main town car park we were sold a much cheaper ticket to exit the car park by the hotel adding even more value to our stay.

The quality of the food at breakfast was excellent. However, they often got our choice of breakfast items wrong. We asked for one breakfast to split and they often served us two breakfasts. Our room, the suite, was really nice. It had lots of room inside and outside on the covered balcony.

Our shower was broken the entire time of our visit. We had a tub with a hand held shower head but it was difficult to maneuver at our age. The hotel did compensate us for this, which we appreciated.

The hotel has been beautifully and tastefully updated, retaining its centuries-old stone arches and walls, but with completely refurbished bathrooms. The excellent service was attentive and impeccable. The rooms are immaculately clean, the beds firm and comfortable. The two types of breakfast are both very good, and are served to the soft soothing strains of Vivaldi. The location is superb: near both the Roman amphitheater and the cloister of St.-Trophime.

The building is an old historical building which is part of the experience, but is well kept and in good condition and clean. The rooms also had some vintage furniture but were also clean. The breakfast was in a really nice hall but the options were a somewhat limited. The managers are nice and like to collect paintings which are exhibited in the hotel.

We had to park in a public parking house maybe 500 meters from the hotel as there is no parking place in the city center. The parking house is not nice, but we did not have any problems. Also we were above the restaurant so there was some (very light) rt ventilation noise during kitchen hours.
