Location close to my family in Arles. Wide choice in breakfast, good fruit salad and cut and whole fruits. Excellent cheeses and tasty yoghurt . Very nice and clean swimming pool with lots of lounge chairs Good room cleaning.

A few mornings no cereal bread just baguettes. Maybe for future next to soy milk also oat milk. Pity coffee bar only open in afternoon and not at midday for if you would like a coffee or beer outside or in the lobby.

Breakfast is good, parking is spacious, convenient entrance to hotel from road, free access to pool, very close to city center (despite that road to city center is not so good and nice). We had connecting rooms and it was good experience. Rooms are spacious and cozy. We had a lunch here as well, it is from 19:00. Lunch is tasty.

Road to city center from hotel is not so good but it is only 10 minutes on foot so it should not be a problem

The pool is really good and was a very refreshing way to spend a hot summer evening with three kids. We had dinner and the kid’s menu (fish and chips) and my starter were excellent. My steak was a bit hard but all in all food was good. Breakfast was very good considering the hotel’s class.

The facilities are not very modern.

Nice breakfast out door by the pool side. The staff were friendly and helpful. They noted our request. There was a large free carpark. We were very happy with our stay, as we read peoples’ reviews one mentioned about a shanty town but in fact it was a 20 year old gypsy settlement. The walked to the town was 15 minutes.

Breakfast was one of our favorite on the trip. Room was clean. Pool was closed for renovations. This was a big disappointment, because it was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel.

The pool was closed and the air conditioning did not work and the hotel was a bit far to the center of the town.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price, clean and comfortable, and air conditioned. Lovely pool, especially after a long day on the road.

The surrounding area is not pretty! It's a bit of a shock as you come off the motorway and into the estate but once inside the compound, it's OK.

The staff was super friendly and shared helpful information e.g. a ton of mosquitoes, use plenty of mosquito repellent. The hotel was very clean by French standard. Apéro variety was impressive. So did not expect them to offer that many choices. Their dinner menu is great!!! Full house starter to dessert. Try their prawn with zucchini in ginger sauce and their caramelized chicken, bloodly great!!!

There is no facilities near the hotel (no supermarket, no boulangerie, no public transport). It is a 20min walk from restaurants and downtown in general. That walk has no shade or cover. It is a fully exposed to all the elements type of walk.

Parking, breakfast and location

No small towels in bathroom, we need to ask for them, at reception they did not activate our key, so we need to return. Filthy surrounding and difficult access.

Clean and comfortable

The location close to not nice area of Arles. A lot of trash and neighborhood was a bit scary.

Location with secure parking. Room was spacious, and breakfast was good.

We had a bath with a shower but prefer a shower. The door to the bathroom was noisy to close, no toilet brush.
