Very conveniently placed as right next to tram stop and coach station. Room was nice and the bed was very nice, shower was good as was the air con. The breakfast is continental and nice choices. Coffee and juice too. Also some cereals. There is a restaurant next door which gives 10% off if you're staying here. Just show your bill. We didn't use the parking bit there's plenty. Very quiet.

The vending machine seems a bit temperamental as didn't give us our drinks and it's not owned by the hotel.

The room was small but had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very conveniently situated off the motorway in a new business district. Coming in from the car park by the back door entrance does not look very salubrious, but inside it is bright and smart. There is a drinks and soup vending machine in the foyer and a Boucherie restaurant next door, plus other restaurants on the park. The tram stop outside presumably takes one into the centre of Reims for sightseeing.

Clean, very well planned hotel. Seems rather new and has very fresh furnishings and designs. Great breakfast buffet... I recommend that extra for sure! I loved that they had hooks in entry for a coat and a set of hooks high on the wall for my hanging toiletry bag. Water pressure was adequate and the bathroom vanity had adequate lighting.

Entrance was on the opposite side of the parking, that felt odd when arriving after dark, I struggled to find the way in!

Great Location, either heading south or north...around 2.30 mins from Calais, a nice drive. Good breakfast, pleasant staff. Just on the outside of Reims, in a pleasant town you can walk around. Also peaceful location.

Nice hotel for a short stay! The staff was friendly and the reception is open all day long making it easy to check in even at night. The parking lot is good and has access only with the access code so you don’t have to worry about the safety of your car. The location is great with easy and quick access to the highway as well as supermarkets in the nearby area.

Great location for a stopover on the way through France. Clean and tidy, simplistic modern room, Very good value. The hotel does not provide evening meals but there is an excellent restaurant adjacent to the hotel.

Car park entrance a little difficult to find and access. A code was needed which we didn't get until we registered. A bit 'chicken and egg'.

Very good value breakfast - nothing fancy but plentiful choice. The location is excellent for drivers going through to South from ferries or Eurotunnel. Parking very close to it. Parking is locked at night. Comfy bed. Basic shower but very effective. Great receptionist both evening and next day. The hot drink vending machine took my money but did not dispense a drink and the receptionist immediately opened up the breakfast bar and dispensed a replacement on the spot while apologising profusely - first class customer care can spring from a fault in a facility and that is what I remember not the fault!

For the price - I was very satisfied with everything. A hairdryer might have been beneficial.

Secure parking, very clean and comfortable room, English speaking staff, next to the tram station which took us into Reims city centre in about 15 minutes (€4.50 for a day pass).

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room (but there is a vending machine in the foyer).

The room was clean, quite and comfortable. We were delighted to find we could get a tram outside the hotel to the centre of town. Breakfast was available at an extra charge. It was a delicious breakfast, lots of choice at a very reasonable price. We were pleased with the security of the car park.

The room was a very good size and clean. The location was ideal for us as we were passing through so easy from the motorway. Tram right outside line B goes into town but you do need to check times. Staff very helpful and didn’t get flustered when we turned up with three bikes.

On a sort of a business Park near TGV station so not the most picturesque. The tram (see positives) was a bit infrequent.
