Every single person who work there are very nice, especially her name is Lea. I was having trouble getting the train reservation. She helped me very patiently get a ticket and printed it for me. I really appreciate it to her. Thank you very much, Lea.
Clean, good location (right behind the cathedral ) Very tasty breakfast

Hotel central location in the heart of the old city of Rouen. The cathedral and Joan of Arc Museum could not be closer. The train station is about a 20-minute walk away. Very doable. My room was small but comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic. The best breakfast buffet that I have had in all of France. Superb quality and a wide array of hot and cold foods. Loved the medallions of the supremes of grapefruit and orange. Don’t pass on the breakfast. It is well worth it. Accommodating staff that was always willing to assist.
Tight parking garage. You really need to people to navigate into a space because someone needs to get out of the car to direct the driver safely through the tight turns and narrow spaces. It is also difficult to find. I would recommend exploring other nearby parking lots.

Location couldn’t be better- right in town center. We had a nice view as well, with a Juliet balcony. Room was clean and very comfortable beds! We slept great! Our queen room had a small bathroom, but our kids twin room had a very large bathroom without the view. So choose wisely. After checkout, they kept our bags so that we could walk around the town. Please allow for more time than you think you need in this town. It is absolutely gorgeous and not as busy as some of the other medieval era cities in France or Germany. Great shopping and food too!
There is parking onsite but not for larger vehicles so we had about a ten minute walk with luggage. That said, that is our fault for renting a van!

Excellent location and extremely friendly and helpful staff at reception and at the bar. We found the room very clean and actually big enough ( considering where it is) for two adults on a large bed and one teenager on a sofa bed.
The parking garage underground was challenging ( big cars not possible) but we did it. The problem was the instructions sent to us from the hotel on how to reach the parking is not accurate at all - going down Rue des Arsins one has to turn right to another street when coming to the junction to encounter the bollard where one enters code to access street. The instructions states bollard is just on Rue des Arsins.

Suite, good breakfast selection, very helpful staff. Fabulously central location in the historic quarter of the city and an easy walk to the principle attractions. we are brisk walkers but walked much of the area in 6 hours..
Car parking in the city is difficult, Didn't attempt the Hotel carpark which admitted to being 'narrow' instead elected for the largest city carpark Q Park Palais de Justice which was so tight that in my SUV I had difficulty making turns. Fellow 'parkers 'were very tolerant and patient.

The location of the hotel is good, in the center of the town, it was easy to go most of the attractions.
Before arrival we did not get information how to drive to the hotel, several road had been blocked, when I walked to hotel and asked the way on how to drive in the car, the reception did not offer the proper help, the small street was blocked, the pin number did not work, it was another guest kindly helped us to drove out of town for 5 more kil. and drove in. We spent one hour tried to reach the hotel. The male staff at the reception told us the price I booked does not include the breakfast, fortunately booking.com has recorded my booking information, the breakfast was included the price. The price of parking in booking .come was 17 Euro, but when we checked out, the reception asked us to pay for 18 Euro, one euro was small , but we could not know which information was correct.

Amazing location in the centre of Rouen's historical centre. On site car park at a fee but worth paying for the conveniance. Room was comfortable, huge bed, nice shower etc. Most staff were very nice. The women on reception were friendly and helpful and gave advice about restaurants etc.Bar man was also friendly.Rouen is a fascinating and beautiful historic city. We were lucky enough to catch the animations on the front of the cathedral a couple of evenings. They were amazing.
Only one thing left a bad taste in our mouth. When we went to check out the man on reception tried to charge us £100.00 more than our booking.com quoted fee.First of all he tried to say it was for parking ( we had allowed for this) or that we had a privilege room( which we hadnt) He was quite rude and tried to make it as though we were in the wrong. I persisted in showing our booking and after about 10 minutes of "computer says no" he accepted we were right. It as a error on their system (that is the generous way of looking at it) I pointed out to him that if we hadnt stood up to him he would have let us pay the extra but he was unapologetic. The experience spoiled an otherwise enjoyable break.

Very quiet comfortable room in a superb central location next to the cathedral.
It is virtually impossible to get to the hotel by car unless someone gives you detailed mapped out instructions. GPS was not able to take us to the hotel. I had to park and walk to find the hotel. Once I did, the reception staff drew a route on the map which allowed us to get there. What the hotel didn't tell us was that the code they sent was for the bollard on a nearby street and not the hotel car park door.

Great location, but somewhat difficult to get to...... Must follow hotel instructione WRT location and otherwise ignore a normal SatNav entry due to the area that access to the hotel is.
Can't do anything about it, but hotel car park is quite restrictive from an access perspective (as are most town centre, underground, hotel car-parks). If you've got a Range Rover / Discovery or similarly large SUV, it's probably too tight a squeeze.

Can't beat the location. Comfortable, quiet room. Rouen was a surprisingly fun place to visit. There wasn't much in the guide books besides Jean D'Arc and the cathedral but the old town was fun to explore and we had a very nice lunch in a cafe on the square.
We didn't appreciate the lecture about booking with Booking.com. Apparently if we had contacted the hotel directly we would have gotten a better deal. So, it was OK to use Booking.com to check for availability but don't book through them was the message we got--especially if we were members of the Accor hotel "Club"? We got into the old town OK using the code to lower the bollard but parking at the hotel was very, very tight. I had to make a multiple point turn just to get into and out of the parking space and we had a small car. After the lecture, we decided to skip the pricy breakfast--it would have been free if we contacted the hotel directly instead of using Booking.com.
