Our Premier room was large and very comfortable for our family of four. The room was clean and well appointed with Nespresso and a few free minibar items. The shower was powerful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff were lovely and able to assist us in English when needed. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent night stop off on our journey from the Vendée. The hotel is a short walk from the stunning historical centre of Rouen. We were able to park our large car featuring roof box and bike rack on the forecourt as it wouldn't fit in the underground garage.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They welcomed our group with warm smiles and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. Just a short 10-minute walk away from the Notre Dame of Rouen Cathedral, we were able to explore the city's historical gems with ease. Additionally, the Jeanne d'Arc church was only 20 minutes away. The convenience and accessibility of these attractions truly enhanced our overall experience. We were delighted to find a clean and well-maintained environment. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was evident, and it immediately put us at ease. The shower provided a refreshing and invigorating experience, and we couldn't help but appreciate the thoughtfully provided shower gel. Despite being centrally located, the hotel managed to create a serene atmosphere that allowed us to recharge and get a good night's sleep. The curtains were effective in keeping the room dark, ensuring we woke up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

Breakfast had good and many options. Quality of food couldn’t be faulted.

Signs for entry to the hotel could be clearer. We missed the turn and had to return on a very busy road. Not easy.

Great central location, just a short 10-15 minute walk into the centre. Great access to the private parking garage (which is under the hotel) which is inexpensive at 60cents per hour. Lift access directly to the reception. WE had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the Seine. Big plus is that our room overlppked a very busy road. However we were unaware of the traffic as our room had two double glased windows that blocked out all of the noise.

Restaurant could have been better. They forgot to bring my wife's meal and my meal was pretty poor. Having said that when I mentioned this to a member of staff they could not have been more apologetic. I judge an hotel not by what they do right but how the react when something goes wrong. Would definitely recomend and stay again.

we booked a family room, with a double bed and sofa bed. we were very pleasantly surprised to find in fact we had a superior suite with separate room for us & the kids. staff could be more helpful, very comfortable room.

the only fault was that the air con in our room couldn’t stand up to the 35 degree heat outside, so it was a bit warm. having said that, it has been exceptionally hot, so this isn’t really a fair criticism of the property, which in every other aspect was excellent.

We loved the size of the room, and how we could all stay together - family of four AND a Belgian Malinois (medium-large dog). Secure parking was a plus, so was the nice breakfast. We loved our stay. The hotel is also walking distance to the Cathedral, the paths are well lit and seem safe even at night.

The red leather furniture looked a bit outdated....but it's such a minor thing. The beds were super comfortable, and that mattered more.

The family room was quite large so there was enough room left for children to be active. The main bed was big enough. The hotel has quite a spacious parking garage which didn't cost a fortune. The city center with all the main attractions was a 5-minute walk away from the hotel. At the reception they kindly provided us with a map where they marked a short route for us.

Room was large and airy. Bathroom and toiletries were excellent, the shower particularly good. Excellent selection of food and choice for breakfast...much better than the Mercure in Beauville which was pitiful and when we complained to the receptionist she shrugged and said it was August and they didn't know what stock they would get in!!

Location is a 15 min walk into old town center so might be too far for some.

Great location for those driving and does not want to drive into the city Center. Can easily drive and park here. It has a secure basement car park. This hotel is just 15 - 20 mins walk from the Center area. The parking charges is 0.60 euro per hour. Great breakfast for 18 Euro.

Could have a better parking rate for guests in the hotel

Easy to access from main route. Car park was easy to find, a little tight in places for longer cars. Bays for disabled guests were available and next to lifts. Breakfast was very good but both breakfast and dinner seemed a bit pricey.
