I stayed with my family (2 adults and 2 kids) in the Junior suite for a couple of nights over Easter. The suite was ok. It has a nice terrace overlooking a quiet back yard. The hotel is perfect for tourists as it is really well located within a short proximity of both the Cathedral and Petite France. It has an elevator, which even though is tiny, it could still fit a stroller. There is a paid parking nearby.

There was no minibar/fridge in the room. One of the single beds in the second bedroom was right next to a sloping wall, which makes it a bit uncomfortable and limits your space when turning in bed. Breakfast was disappointing - no eggs, nor bacon, nor pancakes or anything warm. There was bowl with raw eggs which guests were supposed to boil themselves in a tiny boiler, which to me is absurd.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the city centre by tram or on foot. The room was comfortable, we particularly like the kettle facility. The pool and jacuzzi were good and conveniently located. Breakfast was excellent, good choice and good coffee and the restaurant offered good quality Alsatian dishes at good prices. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were very helpful and accommodating. Very good Wifi connections.

As a vegetarian, although the food was excellent, I found there was a lack of choice. It was difficult to access some of the plugs in the bedroom, and the number was limited - especially next to the bed.

The hotel is situated very centrally in Strasbourg, only a short walk from the old town and amazing cathedral. The rooms were Big, spacious and the beds very comfortable. We also enjoyed the spa and sauna after a long drive in our car. The service was great.

Unfortunately we forgot a jacket in our room when we left, and it seems to have been stolen. We have not been able to retrieve it.

Located just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Lovely old building with some unique features. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was cold buffet type but really good, great variety.

Our room was not in the same building but a few doors down the street. Although very comfortable and all the required facilities the room was a little tired and could do with updating.

The attendant that assisted me in the evening checking in was very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and orderly. The location in the city is great, being able to see such a beautiful city right outside the door.

The morning attendant must have been working alone. I got very little help deciphering my breakfast, and it took some several minutes to find her for checking out, even while ringing the bell as requested.

Everything. I would travel from New Zealand to Strasbourg, France just to stay with these guys again. The room, the warmth of the staff, the breakfast, the atmosphere...everything outstriped all the hotels I've ever stayed in. You are so looked after and the kindness that they extend I can't put into words. Thank you and God bless 😇

Very well presented and clean facilities. The staff were friendly. Easy access to the room late at night.

It lists on booking.com that the price for the stay included 1hr30min at the spa but this is not the case. The message is a question from a client and a response from Elodie from hotel management. We paid extra for the spa.

Virtually everything was perfect. The hotel has everything - great room, co-located restaurant and cafe, walking distance to all the great things about the Old Town/City Center..

Breakfast price was good, but staff needs to keep the food items more completely stocked as the breakfast period nears its end.

We stayed in the suite, which was perfect for our family of four. The pool/spa facility was very nice (it's in a separate location nearby and cost 20 Euros to use). The breakfast was also nice (it cost an extra 12 euros per person).

The air conditioning unit worked well cooling the main bedroom, but the separate small bedroom for the kids stayed warm.

Great location, friendly staff, spa is a +. Comfortable air conditioned rooms, good views to the cathedral.

Room size could have been bigger but can't complain as it was comfortable nevertheless, overall. Staff entered room while locked and without waiting for us to open on first day so need some checks there. Otherwise, great stay.
