Like most attic rooms, in 308 you have to be aware of the beams and angled walls in places. Apart from that it was a very quiet, clean and comfortable room. We didn't use the steep stairs, instead we used the elevator in the new section and went across to the old section. The reception staff were excellent, giving good advice on a number of issues, including laundry, lunch, shopping and booking a taxi. I don't understand why housekeeping gave us new soap and body wash after one day of a two day stay. Breakfast was good, I enjoyed the fresh fruit. Though the cereal bowls are on the small side.

Very helpful and pleasant staff, Lovely light and pleasant room, good air conditioning, comfortable bed and bedding, bath and shower in bathroom, slippers provided, fridge, drinks and snacks provided in room, excellent location not far from old town and restaurants, (Monday evening many closed, need to book those that aren’t! Le hache very good ) boat ride around Strasbourg starts nearby, taxi to hotel was 10 euros from TGV train station

Such a lovely location and perfect for visiting the Christmas markets. It was such a lovely hotel with a cozy atmosphere that felt perfect for the holidays (the Christmas trees in front of the hotel were a nice touch). I would definitely stay here again.

The ONLY thing I could say was the price was a bit high - but tbh this was not the hotel's fault and was more the inflation of the time we went (it was the opening weekend of the christmas markets and this was probably one of the cheaper options in the area). Otherwise, an amazing stay. I would also recommend emailing them about parking reservations the moment you book - they were fully reserved but thankfully we were able to park in a parking garage close by and the hotel gives you a voucher so it was only 16 euros for the whole night to park!

The parking area was super tight. Parking spaces were assigned, but some folks did not adhere to the correct spots which was one of several factors leading to damaging our rental car in trying to change direction to another spot that was open. Very tight parking.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The location is AMAZING! You can walk to everything and even with young kids this was simple enough. The hotel offered additional services/add-ons. We added parking, Cremant, and breakfast. The reception was incredibly accommodating throughout the whole visit and prior. All was perfect. As a bonus we were surprised to learn that they offered electric charging for free, so even better for us as it meant we didn’t need to charge up before leaving Strasbourg. The hotel was clean, very clean. We stayed in the apartment and while we only needed the space more than the use of an apartment, for an longer stay this would have been excellent. It was again very clean, tidy, and well equipped, even the fridge was a better size than the normal meat fridge. The bathroom came with the necessary as well, and they use the Luxe products. The children took the room, they have zero complains about the comfort. My partner and I slept on the sofa couch, I have no complaints regarding the comfort of the mattress, my only issue was the pillows, but I think this is really a person preference. They were full and with cushions there was a sufficient number. From a decor and lounging perspective, there was a nice garden by the private car park, and the front had a lovely terrace I wish I sat out on. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty, again no complaints, but if you’re looking for something special or different than the normal I would reserve outside/elsewhere. The apartment and building we were in was relatively new and moderate. There was an efficient elevator, but good to note, the stairs were clean and well lit. Overall, I would certainly stay again, if not would probably check out other hotels from this chain.

Clean, comfortable, every must-go locations are in walking distance. (Petite-France, Hospices Strasbourg, Notre-Dame, Museum Alsace etc) Friendly and helpful staffs, special thanks to Ms. Meava (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) for giving us such awesome recommendations on foods and travel points. We enjoyed so much. Highly recommended and worth every penny spent.

Room a little small, but that was OK. Although price for the room was great, all extras (breakfast, minibar) were very expensive. Limited breakfast capacity and no evening meals - but there again, Strasbourg is full of cafes !

This hotel came highly recommended by Rick Steves and by Lonely Planet. This place deserves all glowing reviews it receives. Hotel du Dragon is tasteful, very well run and spotless business-class place near Petite France, and within 5 min walk to the Cathedral. Our room was cute, sparkling clean, with windows looking into tree-shaded courtyard. Air condition was great during the heat wave. Breakfast was delicious, personnel professional and friendly.

2 days not enough!

The staff were great! They had a lot of great suggestions of places to go in town and they were super friendly! Our room was also very clean and cozy. The bathroom was big and so was our room which we got upgraded to for free.

Nothing really to say here. It was a little off the beaten path but still a good location.

The location is amazing- quiet side street close to all the beautiful spots. Gorgeous little courtyard. Thoughtful and unique decoration and layout makes it special. Amazing staff- can’t do enough for you. No fuss but lots of considered attention given to the experience of being there. We loved it!
