Hotel Review This hotel was an absolute delight! The room was cute, cozy, and located on a peaceful street, yet only a minute’s walk from the famous Strasbourg Christmas tree and the magical Christmas market. The iconic Notre Dame Cathedral was just a 5-minute stroll away, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. They not only gave us recommendations for the must-see attractions but also shared some fantastic offbeat suggestions that added a unique touch to our trip. I highly recommend this charming hotel for anyone visiting Strasbourg, especially during the festive season!

The EtC... Hôtel - Strasbourg Hyper Centre is an excellent choice for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Strasbourg. The central location is perfect for exploring the city's many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a restful stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a variety of amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The only minor inconvenience was finding parking, which can be a bit challenging in the area. However, the hotel's central location and overall quality more than make up for this.

The room was a great size and had plenty of storage with a nice kitchen area and bathroom. The bed was big and very comfortable and the room faced a quiet courtyard so there was no noise from outside. We didn't have breakfast, but the breakfast area looked well set up.

We asked at reception for a city map, and there were none available. A paper map is always handy, even when you have maps on your phone! Also, our key card didn't work at first so we had to go back down to reception to get another one - just a minor inconvenience.

Fairly central location with equal walking distance to the main areas, especially for christmas markets. It is a small but functional hotel which is great for a short stay. I would not expect luxury, however it will be a comfortable stay for most on the move. Go in expecting slightly smaller rooms - and this suits the strasbourg aesthetic

Bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Slightly mouldy in shower corners, but not terrible.

This hotel is just simply cool. You (or at least me) do not expect to see what you see, when you get in. It looks like a small hows with at best 4 rooms, but it is actully a very roomy hotel with many decently dimentioned appartments. The hotel is sort of labirinth/escape room, which I though was very cool. Location is also incredible. Breakfast was also nice.

Getting around with a heavy luggage may be quite difficult. You have to use stairs to move around. I am not sure if there actually was an elevator which could be used by the guests routinely. That was not a problem at all for me though.

If you want to stay right in the center of the city ,then just pick this hotel . Everything was literally just around the corner. The breakfast was very good ,the staff was very helpful and the rooms had all the basics for a pleasant stay . Also regarding the price ,I found it quite fair for a central location just in the center of one of the most iconic Christmas cities in Europe. Just make your reservation on time.

The cleaning could me a little bit more thorough,but not something that really bothered us.

the location is almost dead central and right outside a tram station - there's no way this could really get better. breakfast is provided in a quiet little cafe area that's on the way to the rooms and is secluded and feels private. the rooms are all above ground level which feels nice for both privacy and security. 24 hour staffed reception with friendly and helpful people!

Hotel was in a central position, close to all amenities and a 15 minute walk to the main train station. The room was basic but very clean and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room and more towels. ( only 1 bath and hand towel for two people.)

Location was excellent for business and solo travelers and it is very strategically located just in the middle of the town and all business and tourist places are just a walk away.

The room and bathroom size was very small. We were a family of 3 and after placing additional bed in the room, there was very less space left for us to move around. Bathroom size was like that of an aircraft.

Convenient location. Appreciated a central resting point and spot to store luggage. My room was clean and I was comfortable.

Paper thin walls and loud outdoors (to be expected in this location). I could hear my neighbors next door who were speaking in a normal conversation tone. If noise is an issue I’d consider booking elsewhere. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
