my perfume was stolen from my room which was not to be found by the hotel staff in the room

Everything we tried. We didn’t have the breakfast. I’m sure it would have been great but we wanted to explore local restaurants. We would have been more tempted had breakfast been included.

Amazing design and decoration in the whole hotel Great breakfast, full of local home made fresh products, large choice. Spa access needs to be paid on top , you need to book in advance and can only access for 1h, none of this info are mentioned anywhere on booking, that is not fair - it can create bad surprise Depending which side of city you arrived, but the access to hotel and parking can be very hard as some pedestrian road are blocked while GPS keep repeating it is the inly way to reach the place...

A beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town of Strasbourg. I can’t fault this hotel, the staff are friendly & helpful, the room is beautifully appointed with the inclusion of Clarins products in the bathroom. Robes & slippers were provided along with a turn down service every evening. The night light in the bathroom was a thoughtful feature which I wish more hotels provided & the makeup mirror was appreciated.

The hotel was very well located, clean and comfortable. Maid service was prompt and an evening turn-down service was included. Check-in was quick.

Check-in was easy but the clerk forgot to ask us to sign a waiver for the balcony so we had to go back to the lobby to do so and request the doors to the balcony be unlocked. I would not recommend buying the breakfast here as it is quite expensive for a continental buffet (€40) and the beverage service was very slow - self serve would have been better.

The location is excellent, as is the breakfast even for vegans like me, the staff are friendly and helpful. We were given a later check out.

The room is small and stuffy. They disable the air-con in the winter and as we were on the 5th floor our room was too hot to sleep in. You can’t leave the windows open at night as it is noisy and the curtains block any air-flow, as they’re against the windows, but since the room is overlooked you can’t have them pulled whilst you lay in bed either.

The hotel is very nice, with great staff and excellent breakfast.

The rooms could definitely use a bit more sound proofing as you can hear easily what’s going on in the hallway or other rooms.

Perfect location, very friendly staff. We traveled with the dog, and it was comfortable and hospitable: hotel prepared all facilities and a cute gift

All services like breakfast, visiting spa, staying with the dog were all for additional price. In my previous experience in this class of hotels, spa zone was always included. The other thing is that walls are thin, which makes privacy difficult.

Great location , clean rooms , nice staff

i would have liked more options for the breakfast , also the staff from the 1387 bar/restaurant could have been more organised , also they should take into consideration that the parking lot was about 800 m from the hotel location and help with the luggage could have been nice ( it’s a 5 star hotel after all )

Everything was amazing. We challenged the barman, and he brew me an amazing cocktail.

It's not a strong dislike, but just a preference. We have to pay for the access to the spa. I would rather pay a little more for the room, but the price for the spa should be included in my opinion.
