The hotel with it's atmosphere is and stuff is helpful and friendly. I like also their offer of female bedrooms with nice price for solo travelers. I stayed in room like that and I liked the models of beds with lightproof curtains and it's own lights if one wants to reed. I would stay here again if I come in Toulouse alone and need some budget friendly accommodation.

Our room was extremely cold (dates: 5-9 December), but stuff was helpful to give us a portable little heater. Also no hairdryer was available at the moment i needed it (the room doesn't have it's own). And our shower cabin was clogged.

Spotlessly clean. Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Beautiful bar/Restaurant area, very relaxing. Bed was very comfortable. Quirky way to get to rooms. Great location and fantastic views over a community area. Shower was excellent. Soundproofing on the room from outside was amazing.

Breakfast was a bit miserable in fairness. Room a bit on the small side. Very, very little countertop to put anything on. No strorage space. Could do with 1 or 2 english channels on TV. Extra charge on room cleaning, towels, etc. was not impressive.....€12.50 per day for 2 mid size towels and a room clean per day and €10 per person for breakfast adds up.

Pretty much everything about the place was great. Clean facilities, great communal area that offers lots of things to do and places to relax, and the bed was comfy. Wifi was also really good and cleaning staff was friendly and respectful.

There were slight issues with the door to the room where it was difficult to open and would take multiple swipes with the key but it was a minor issue. I also did have some issues with the staff. The day receptionist was lovely and very accommodating, but the night receptionist was just plain rude. She was an older woman who seemed to get frustrated over the smallest things and was not very welcoming or pleasant. She made it seem like a chore to help even though it's her job

I strongly recommend this location for your next trip in Toulouse. Located in a new part of town (Cartoucherie), the hotel is almost brand new and sits at the heart of this new and active neighbourhood, with the main public square (next to Les Halles -- lots of F&B options), a supermarket, and a public market with local vendors (at least on Sunday). Building/hotel is well designed, my room was cosy and small (no waste of space).

Only downside was the tram stop right next to the hotel. Each time a tram would stop at the station, there was the big/loud "ding" bell going off that kept waking me up in the morning. If you go to this hotel, maybe ask for a room not facing the street.

This was a really good hotel with lovely staff and situated in a fantastic area. Whilst it is located fairly far from the centre the Cartoucherie with its nearby Halle is a great destination in and of itself. There was also a tram directly opposite which can take you towards the centre by a travelling to palais de justice or if you want to go right into the centre you take the tram then metro. I had been staying in shared dorms the past week and was very grateful for the single rooms which were very reasonably priced. The rooms are accessed from the outside of a property via a balcony (motel style) so it was nice to easily be able to pop outside to get some air. Throughout I found the staff really welcoming.

My room wasn’t airconditioned so it might be uncomfortable if the weather is very warm.

Location is superb, tram station is just right in front of the hotel Breakfast cannot ask for more Facilities, a couple of table games at the lobby and feeling relax there Parking is convenient just on basement of the hotel, 9.5 EUR/day Next to the hotel is a cool food halls with lots of restaurants from all countries and lots of beverages that you would love, the place is opened till midnight. And of course Carrefour supermarket opens till 10pm, just right next to the hotel super convenient.

I would call this hotel a pretty stylish vertically oriented hostel. Nice view from the upper floors, Tiny rooms, no single chair or table inside, just beds and washroom. Lobby and cafe on the ground floor. Convenient location: the tram station is just in front of it, with a nice square, cafes, food court on the other side. Built-in underground parking could be convenient also until I got trapped between its gates with my card not able to open either one, while nobody was answering the call.... No signs at the parking entrance. Little chances to get to the location using Google Maps. Most of the staff have no English.

We really liked the possibility to stay in the café area in the ground floor (even after checking out), being able to get another coffe once in a while. I even managed to get a little nap on the sofa while my daughter was playing with the large choice of toys available. Breakfast was also very good! If everybody eats at the same time, it may take a little until everything is filled up again, but they do their best to do so fast. It's also good to be able to let the luggage in the luggage room between checkout and final departure.

If you need an extra little bed for a kid, make sure to get a family room. We had a regular room which is too small to even put a little extra mattress in.

The property was very modern and quite fashionable. The room was perfect for what we were looking for with lamps, plug sockets and usb ports right above the bed for easy access. Drinks were also good price and very tasty. Staff were also accommodating to us despite us being unable to speak french. There is also a tram stop right outside the property which takes you to Arenes station at which there is a metro and you are able to go into the city or wherever you desire - great links.

We were slightly worried someone could come into our room as there was a lock which worked but as soon as we pressed down on the door handle from the inside it came unlocked and the door was open. I do believe, however, this is just because we were opening from the inside and people from outside couldn’t get in.

The building is modern, everything was clean and well maintained. The 24/7 reception, as well as the secure luggage storage, are big positives. The staff was nice and helpful. There is both a tram stop and a supermarket just meters away. We had almost everything we needed and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

In the room, there is just one small table and a few coat hangers. Also, the room was quite cold (even in the middle of summer), with no means of controlling the temperature. The bathroom door could seal better.
