The hotel was a short walk from the station and was well placed for all our exploring of Tours and the region. The room was small but quiet, with a comfortable bed, and had everything we needed as a base. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice and set us up well for walking and cycling. The staff were all very pleasant and one of them did more than needed with a problem we had.

This is not a negative as everything worked very well for us, and a bonus was finding a kettle and mugs to make a drink in the room. There was a small supply of different teas and coffee sachets, but they were not replenished each day. This didn't bother us, as we had our own supplies, but you may wish to carry supplies if this bothers you.

it's in the old historical city centre, 10 min. walk from Tours central train station. Lots of restaurants and shoppings nearby, making it an excellent location to explore the city. The hotel also has an arrangement with a nearby parking facilities with discounted rate.

The hotel is near Tours central station. We rented a car to visit chateaux not knowing that all rental car companies are actually located in a nearby train station (Saint-Pierre-des-Corps), not in Tours central. But there're frequent trains runing betweent the two stations and the ride is only 5 min. so it's totally managable. but if you want to be closer to the car rental places, you may consider hotels near Saint-Pierre-des-Corps station.

The welcome from staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for the city centre and places of interest. A secure parking garage (paid) just next door was also a great bonus.

Our room was at the front of the hotel, so a little noisy at times. The decor and carpets in upstairs corridors was rather tired. This didn't detract from our stay at all.

Within minutes of the old centre of Tours. A bar almost directly opposite the hotel. The breakfast is typically Continental and perfectly adequate. The hotel has a secure area to park motorcycles in, but is open to the elements. The staff are exceptional . . we loved this hotel.

We can't think of anything we didn't like. The hotel is not new but is very well kept, so we weren't surprised by anything.

Excellent location, right in the city centre. The night-shift staff was very helpful, provided us good tips for parking our car (public parking nearby) and restaurants for dinner. We travelled with our dog and it was nicely welcome. Would definetely repeat!

The breakfast could be more varied and offer more options, but very worthy for its price.

Location and Room are very convenient, minutes from most main attractions. Staff are great, professional and courteous.

There is no A/C at this location. Even though I didn't need it since I stayed there during fall, it could be a challenge during summer.

This hotel is located very close to centre of Tours and 1 minute walk to shopping area. There is a garage door with small staning area at rear that can accomadate a number of motorcycles / bicycles. Even a small car as well.

Bed in room allocated was 1ft from wall and impossible to walk straight alongside bed without climbing onto it.

Great location near city centre. Comfortable bed & pillows. Room a good size to manoeuvre. It has a fridge & a hot water jug for tea & coffee in the room - bonus!

The room was quiet, and the hotel is situated on a quiet street, I only heard people coming up the stairs because our room was in front of the stairs. Breakfast was fine, and location was excellent.

Everything was to my liking and it was much better than I expected!

The location is perfectly in the centre of the city. The staff at reception was very helpful and she helped us to get taxi to the railway station. The rooms are good and spacious.

Room cleaning was not upto the mark.Breakfast could have more variety especially chicken.
