Great hotel in good location with impressive staff and sensible eco practices. Great breakfast and a lovely terrace at the back by the river. Staff/team are excellent: quietly efficient, they work together to create a very relaxing atmosphere for guests. Marisa on reception is very welcoming, attentive and professional and the lady at breakfast (who also speaks Spanish) is kind and helpful to everyone.

Nothing. We have stayed in many hotels recently (some much more expensive and some also part of the IBIS chain) and the atmosphere here was the best.

The is a perfect place for an overnight travelling north or south but we would also have been happy to stay longer. It had everything we needed for a happy stay and the location was perfect. The added bonus was the safe parking which we really appreciated. I would recommend booking in advance though. They are also supporting an environmental sustainability policy which we were happy to support. The staff were very friendly and efficient and especially Lucas on reception. Thank you.

Sorry to say this Troyes. But felt very unsafe walking the old town streets after dark. Constantly looking over my shoulder. Spoilt it really. Room was airless and hot, but better with window open. Whilst available free you still have to get up, dressed and go downstairs to get your first cup of coffee. Take a small thermos and fill up before bed.

The floor of the bathroom was not really clean. Breakfast could have more fruit options for musli Shower cover is too short, floor next to the shower gets super wet

We love the fresh orange juice. Having battled with coffee pod machines in other Accor hotels, it was great to be able to use the coffee machine, (without needing a barista degree) in this ibis styles. The breakfast always is a joy in Ibis styles-great choice and staff are quick to top up things that are running short.

The new style air conditioning isn’t great. It wasn’t easy to turn it to cool. Our dog found the room far too hot. As we did too! We asked at reception and were shown how to use the gadget on the wall but the one in our room didn’t match the one in the lobby. It would put us off using ibis styles again in the summer months.

This is the best IBIS Styles we have used so far and it appears to be quite a new building/refurbishment. Access and location are very good and it's extremely easy to find. The secure, underground parking was a nice added feature as it gives you that extra peace of mind when overseas. We arrived quite late in the day and the staff were so helpful and informative throughout our stay. Breakfast is served in a beautiful light and airy dining area and the food choice is magnificent! The room - where do I start? Very large, super clean, large shower, separate toilet (excellent), big wall mounted TV, very comfy and supportive bed, impressive thought and use of recycling materials throughout. In short: 10/10.

The hotel was relatively easy to drive to considering it’s only a few minutes walk from the centre of Troyes. Good indoor parking close by at reasonable extra cost. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely presented (as was the whole hotel). Good breakfast.

Our room was very hot and we couldn’t work out how to cool it down (other than to open the window) so some instructions for the air conditioning would have been useful).

Very well designed and eco friendly. Secure underground parking. Good location to walk into centre of Troyes. Comfortable bed and very quiet at night. Good breakfast. Great value

Washbasin and clear glass shower in bedroom might not be to everyone’s taste but was fine for us as a couple( we have stayed previously and other rooms had a separate shower in a walked bathroom so not sure if all rooms now have the glass showers)

Great staff at reception - super friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed. Good space and well designed storage. Great for our dogs as super dog friendly with lots of green spaces for comfort breaks outside. Very clean, with an easy and pheasant walk to centre. Breakfast was really good too. First decent cup of tea in ages! We travel through central France to get from north to south and back a lot. This is our new favourite hotel.

No safe or fridge in room but not a big issue.

Very friendly and attentive staff at the desk, I attempted to converse in my awful French, but was kindly asked if I would prefer English. The staff in the evening and at the breakfast buffet were courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a wide selection of goods, in the continental style, it was regularly replenished and was kept spotlessly clean. The room was clean and comfortable, and travelling with our dog was no problem. It was great for our stop over en route to the Alps and would be well placed for visiting the city itself.
