Aside from the location being on the beach front, the hotel had secure parking on site (worth booking this as space may be limited from time to time). The Staff were very attentive, the rooms were of a good size, well appointed and clean. The shower is worthy on mention due to its various functions that work very well. We ate at the hotel in the evening and the food and wine were excellent, the service very good and prices not too bad. All in all a very good stay and Dunkerque is going through something of a refurbishment and will be all the better for it once completed.

Nothing, we found everything to be in order.

The location on the beach was lovely, the views while having breakfast were wonderful. The room was a good size and I liked the separate toilet and bathroom too, good amenities in the room and we had a city view room which was nice, decent size balcony. The bed was a really good size and breakfast was lovely, a varied offering. We didn't use the pool as we didn't plan too so can't comment on this.

I did find a lot of hair on the bed which did not come from our family which I just do not expect in any hotel and did not in this one, it wasn't just one it was multiple of different shapes and I did see a hair on the cutlery at the table also so I think extra care with cleaning and also somebody to spot check the cleaning afterwards to ensure standards are being kept, we didn't eat in the restaurant as there was not a child's menu which surprised me as there was a full child's room on the ground floor and is advertised as a family friendly hotel but it did not come across on the food offering

The hotel was opposite the beach and joining the promenade with restaurants etc. Perfect position. The beach itself is lovely and sandy and has dunes. We had dinner in the hotel on our last night. The food was excellent and presentation superb although it was the most expensive meal during our stay in Dunkirk. There are some nice walks around the hotel.

We have an electric car so needed to charge it which was OK as they have two points. The downside with the hotel is that there is 15 euro a night charge to park in the hotel carpark itself. Breakfast we were told by reception was included in the price ( although we thought and said we didn't think it was) then at end of out stay we had to pay for our breakfasts as it wasn't included. We only had toast and a cuppa and would have got elsewhere had we known.

Fantastic location on the beach front. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful when we arrived and parked our car at lunchtime. Excellent breakfast, it wasn't included in our room rate but it was worth paying the supplement.

Dogs! Allowed in the hotel, including the restaurant, some were not on leads and badly behaved, this shouldn't be allowed. On Sunday evening the bar waiter refused to serve us coffee after dinner (at 10pm) as he had cleaned the coffee machine and didn't want to get it dirty again!

Very close to the beach. Staff was always nice. Room was clean. Parking for 15€ the night a bit expensive but worth it. Museum in walking distance. Souvenir shops are also available. Room was big enough and the view from the balcony to the ocean was perfect.

Be aware that one sunny days you need to be quick to eat at a Restaurant along the beach. They are quickly filled up. Closer to the hotel is no safe at the beach to put your things inside so leave them at the hotel or go higher up the beach to put them in a safe.

The hotel was brilliant, but to be fair it has only been opened since Dec 2022! It smelt very new. The rooms were great and the view of the beach was amazing. We went to pay our respects for those that died at Dunkirk in 1940 and we couldn't have had a better location.

The food wasn't that great. Very small portions for the price! Breakfast was very disappointing! It was served from around 7-10 am and at 10.01 am everything was being put away. A couple of other guests turned up at 10.05 am and there wasn't hardly anything left out? I appreciate it stopped at 10.00 am but there was no exemptions. We had arrived at 9.30 am and you would have thought I'd asked for the earth when I asked for some bread as it had all gone? This let the hotel down and I hope they see this review and take heed.

Room was nice and spacious, the shower room was a pleasure. Bar and lounge great. Swimming pool was also great.

The room i booked was £165 for the night (which was fine) on booking.com What i wasn't aware of, was the £236 security fee (obsure and unusual amount for a security deposit) which came out of my bank extra before paying for my stay upon leaving. Refundable yes, but this was held for over a week later. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if i knew this prior to booking.

The room was comfortable with a great view. I was there to work as well as relax. It was great for this; lots of restaraunts nearby, within walking distance to some museums and the bus is free to take you to other areas. I also enjoyed the pool and spa areas.

Would have appreciated a larger and more varied menu in the bar area - the restaraunt required reservations and when working sometimes I just wanted to grab a bite at the bar.

Fantastic location, rooms were very good size with bonus - a balcony. Dog friendly, which was perfect for us and many other guests. Spa is not overcrowded, which means everyone can enjoy their experience. Bar downstairs has good drinks list, there I enjoyed few hours of work in afternoon and few cocktails in evenings.

Hotel is located besides very beautiful beach, meaning there's sand everywhere. I think housekeepers should also give rooms a quick hoover when they're tidying up. On my 3rd day I had to ask for it specifically because there was sand all over the floor. Sand adds a little touch, but I prefer clean floors and sand was inevitable.

The location was brilliant and breakfast had everything you could want the room had a amazing view and a very comfortable bed the staff were very helpful

Only one breakfast tea and creamer per day and on our first day the shower was cold. The car park was 15 euros a day we thought it was a bit expensive but it was a secure space.
