We loved the place generally, everyone is helpful. Good food, clean, comfy beds and everything. Service is great as well.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this place is not it. Children everywhere and god they are loud and walls are thin it seems. They wake you up from early morning so Its quiet impossible to not wake up. Saturday there was a loud party and didnt stop until 2am. Everything else is great tho.

The Location was Amazing and relaxing and you can go have walk around as well as there are activities very close to the location, The view and the balcony was very good. The dinner restaurant staff were very very friendly, professionals and welcoming

The reception staff weren't too friendly, and the security guard was very unwelcoming, the breakfast was very very limited, no one will help you with the luggage and they don't have a trolley for the luggage to help your self, so you should do some warm ups if you have many luggages.

Food is amazing in the restaurant, but the breakfast is too poor. When you stay 7 days there, everyday the same poor meal is realy annoying.

The staff was friendly. The hotel and rooms were neat and clean. The hotel design is modern.

Stray dogs can sometimes come into the hotel yard (don't leave children alone). The food served in the hotel's own restaurant was not that tasty. When booking, be sure to ask for a room away from the elevator.

Everything was pretty great! I think this hotel is much better in terms of value for money compared to Rooms Hotel Kokhta. Location is especially wonderful!

The staff is nice but not that great at resolving issues. For some reason, they could not or would not change our booking dates on booking.com. We ordered some room service, but the food never came. We then called the reception to find out but the receptionist never got back to us. The food at the restaurant is good, but they took over an hour to bring out our order. Also, the kitchen closes pretty early, at 10. Even though we ordered desert together with the rest of the food, the waiter told us they could not bring dessert because the kitchen had to be closed at 10. The breakfast is good, decent number of options BUT the coffee is terrible. They use 10 cent instant coffee packages.

The hotel is quite and cosy The staff are helpful Just check the skiing season before booking. This year it is late so we couldn't ski. They were very nice to send us a complementary fruit plate on our arrival day

There is no supermarket around or public transport but the staff can help you if you need a taxi The restaurant doesn't have a good variety. If you are vegan you can only have veggie soup and french fries. The breakfast didn't have a hot dish for vegans. The first day only there were cooked carrots other than that only salads and bread. But they helped me heat my almond milk and they were very helpful eventhough the hotel was full house.

Amazing location during winter this hotel will definitely shine because it has balcony viewing the mountains very beautiful I love it

The ambience, the welcoming, the complimentary welcome plate, well kept room. The staff were very helpful and a big kudos to Everi. Blessed, very helpful and amazing staff. He even assisted taking my family along to the bus station to help us get on a bus to batumi. I definitely will be going back to spend some quality peaceful time in Bakuriani.

There is no swimming pool and should have more recreational activities within the resort.

Staff behavior is really good . They were completely professional and helpful. Especially the restaurant staff (Mr. Georgi and Mr. Saba) . We were served with fruits and a cookie platter which came as a surprise. And they even provided us with conseirge service while checking in and checking out which was not there In any other hotels that we have stayed in. Over all a really good experience staying at Komorebi Hotel.

No negative . Just a request to add a bidet in the toilets.

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Huge balcony. Hot water runs instantly. Comfy bed. No dust.

Ping Pong tables in the hall are great, but when someone plays it late in the evening or yearly in the morning, you can hear them in you room.
