In general, my family and I enjoyed staying in the hotel.

1. When staying in this level hotels, one would expect to have dental kits available for the guests. We had ours with us so it was not problem but again, having dental kits is a normal practice in good hotels (because of me frequent work-related travels, I stayed in many hotels in different countries and hence, I can compare). 2. When we returned to our room after it was cleaned, we found out that one water glass and both cups were missing. Requested to have the cups back as we were planning to have some coffee. Had to call again for a reminder but no action was taken regardless of our repeat call. 3. The pillows felt like they were stuffed with stones so the first night was far from comfortable. I am glad my request was honoured and the following day, I got a much better pillow.

Great location, very sweet staff and marvellous breakfast! We had a very big room (#401) (like a flat) on the top floor with a view over the river and the "curly" design bridge. Each morning we and one of the waiters, Luka, had fun; us showing him that we wanted to keep our plates and us trying to speak some Georgian. I also used the gym and had an appointment with the massage therapist. Ia was very nice and had strong hands. Iit was a very good deep tissue massage!

For a hotel of this class, we believe that one should be able to get more information about the town and the area, e.g. better maps of the town, and what there's to see/visit. Perhaps some brochures in the room on arrival?

Great hotel, probably best in that area. Staff was very helpful,advising us what to do and where togo. Close by there are sulfur pools with natural borjomi water. Access is free for the hotel guests. Breakfast was good, with descent variety. Spa was fairly good, with steam sauna available for the guests free of charge. We have taken few spa procedures and were very happy. Advise to try borjomi water bath and massages they offer. Pool was great, clean and had water jets, which can be activated using the button just below the water level. Rooms are generally spacious, well equipped and designed. Good balcony with beautiful mountain river view.

Twice, when we were coming down to spa before breakfast, approximately at 9:15am, saunas were switched off and not ready to take the guests: Finnish sauna on one occasion and steam sauna the day after. Hotel required renovation. Paint on the balcony ceiling falling off. Tiles in steam sauna falling off. Not critical, but considering the value, impeccable condition was anticipated. Room service didn't hoover the carpet. My wife pointed out the paper clip lying on the floor, which was not ours. It was there untouched for 3 nights, meaning the floor was never properly cleaned. Again, paper clip is not a big deal, nonetheless it is important to service rooms properly.

The location and the friendly front disk staff the were very helpful and friendly specially the on-duty manager. She was very understanding for our needs and helpful we can’t forget Goge who tried to make our stay as comfy as he could . The only problem we faced was with the AC’s and the house keeping staff who needs to be trained more to get to the stander of the hotel .

The house keeping weren’t trained to clean the rooms correctly. AC’s issues in July where the professional management solved 💕 .

I knew what we were getting because I've stayed there before on business. I am an IHG Rewards member, so we had a great welcome at Reception, and comprehensive information was provided. There are many things on offer at the hotel including swimming pool, spa treatments, entry to the park with nature walks etc., but we were only passing through with no time to enjoy everything on offer. However, it was enough that the hotel is in such a beautiful location, by a river, surrounded by mountains and forest. I had booked in a hurry and hadn't realized that the room I had clicked on was an accessible room, so it had facilities that we didn't need. However, it had a river view and was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge. Dinner on the terrace was excellent, and the waitress (Nutsa) was very helpful. We didn't have breakfast but our cappuccino on the terrace was very nice. It was a short but luxurious stay.

There wasn't much to criticize, but we were disappointed that the Smart TV didn't offer many channels and the internet reception for the TV wasn't very good, so we ended up watching something on my computer instead. The hotel is also rather expensive although we did pay peak season prices.

This excellent hotel is conveniently located next to the Borjomi Park (the main attraction of Borjomi) and the spring of Borjomi Water. The guests of this hotel have free access to the park, which is convenient, considering that there were queues at the park ticket points. The hotel offers high quality and tasteful setting, refurbishment, decorations, relaxing atmosphere, well intentioned staff and qualified reception people. Very good and abundant breakfast. We also benefited from the children's room, where our 3-year old happily stayed with a caregiver Teona for two half days.

quality of water in the pool; also the restaurant, though reasonably priced, I expected it would offer more tasteful food and more timely service. This is about the restaurant per se, not about the breakfast.

We were given an upgrade to our room with a balcony that pleased us very much. The staff speaks all the languages. There is a conference hall in the hotel as well as some spa programs, sauna and swimming pool. Also we were given a help with our luggage to take it to our room. The breakfast is delicious. Also, we were given some special cards that allowed us to enter the national park out of charge and sulphur pools also free. 

There weren’t any toothbrushes in our room. 

Really luxurious indoor swimming pool. Good size room with big comfortable bed and good soundproofing. Located right next to Borjomi park and cable car. Restaurant food very high quality. Friendly staff.

Breakfast area was too busy/small and definitely needs more coffee machines (the staff were working very hard to refill the buffet, so it's not their fault). WiFi download speed too slow (5MBps). No ice for cocktails on our last evening!

1. During the reservation process, it is not mentioned that you won't get the IHG points to your member account when bookin via BOOKING. So we paid the whole amount but the points were not added to the IHG account. 2. You have to carry wallet/phone everywhere because they charge everything at the spot (breakfast, spa, lunch, room service). They didn't offer to charge the room and pay on check out.

Beautiful room, overlooking the river. Blackout curtains. Perfect decor. Comfy bed. Nice big bathtub. Dry sauna and steam bath. Room with water beds and night sky design after dry sauna. Large, nice indoor pool (better to go later in the day when it isn’t full of loud families).

My only complaint would be the lack of jacuzzi, and that the room service didn’t always refill things/took a while to come after I requested them. Other than that, everything was exceptional.
