Just FYI, the pool and gym is not open to guest at alliance palace. The pool area is accessed through Courtyard by Marriott and you have to pay 90 lari to enter which was a bummer.

i absolutely loved the hotel, and the whole experience in Batumi, but the most incredibly memorable the staff at the front desk who went out of the expectations named Salome she was very professional and accommodating, I would like to say a big thanks to her and also Lika, George and not to forget Nina who helped me at the airport shuttle transportation which was unforgettable once again thanks to all the amazing staff at the front desk for the great experience and definitely I’ll visit again Alliance palace Batumi the courtyard by Marriott

Location was first line near the beach, making it only a 2-minute walk to the beach. Our room was crystal clean and housekeeping came by every day which was great.

Wish there was breakfast provided and additional amenities like a gym or a pool. For this price, Alliance Palace was essentially just a place to sleep for the night because all other amenities were by extra charge to use Marriot's or were not offered.

We loved everything! the quality is really high. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also in the room kitchen , iron and wash machine which is really important. Amazing view at balcony. Good isalation from outside noises. About personal, they re so positive and helpful. Especially thanks for Reception and big big thanks for housekeeping.. they re all makes their job really good.
