Choosing this hotel was a good choice, the location was in the new town and very near to the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was good but as good as a 4 star hotel because we had a much better breakfast in a 4 star hotel in Turkey. But the options are enough to enjoy with that view to the city. The rooms were big and beds were great comfortable.

Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have any parking, they try to help and park the car but it is good at all. Batumi is crowded city with many cars which we had a nightmare to find a place to park the cars. The other thing was the bathrooms, there was to hose or dedicated water for the toilets and it made a bad situations for the WC.

We stayed 3 nights,; It's a big hotel with 14 floors,; Location is so near to beach about 5 minutes walking,; 15 minutes walking to Europe Square & to Monument Ali and Nino; Staff available 24 hours & speak English perfectly & help us to do PCR test in authorized center. In then room ,; sofa, comfortable double bed, mirror, table & 2 chairs, frigo , centralized Air conditioner & from the balcony it's amazing sea view,; & wifi is Not bad; the bathroom is acceptable, Breakfast is at 13th floor,; from 8 to 11, so rich with different dishes ,; I recommend the hotel for all travelers.

Great hotel after renovation. Service at a high level, all arising problems are solved promptly and without additional charges. It is very nice that we got rooms with a sea view, it is also very cool that in some rooms there were capsule coffee machines that were not registered in the conditions of the room. The breakfasts are really great. Diverse, tasty and for every taste, they even include Georgian national dishes.

We booked 2 standard rooms for 3 night at the beginning for a very competitive price, upon our arrival to the hotel, the receptionist happily upgraded both rooms to junior rooms for a small extra fee which was amazing by them! The rooms were great and worth every cent, had chakuzi, big and comfortable bed, 2 balconies, couches and suprisingly spacious, the AC was also on point during cold winter days. Amazing location, the hotel has proved its quality despite of the 3 star rating. PCR test is also supported by the hotel service at 70gel rate per person with same day results printed on paper. A special thank you for staff member Ms. Tsitsi for making sure of our well being and comfort stay! This is going to be my go-to hotel in batumi city. Best regards, Abu amsha Mohammad.

The only one negative thing i could think of is that we had to pay 30gel for bringing over a friendly guest to the room.

This hotel is really perfect. Our staying was only with the great emotions. location is very good, near the sea. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. We had breakfasts and dinners in the hotel and every time food was great. All dishes were very delicious. A director, manager and all staff is always helpful and ready to fix all open issue, if any. We were glad to meet so great people there. We hope to return back one day to Batumi, and definitely to this hotel.

The staff were very helpful, especially because we had to change our booking a couple of times. Communication was good. The room was excellent, large and comfortable. Great location within easy walk of the beach and other attractions. Highly recommended.

I can't really comment here. I made the booking for friends and they were happy with everything that was provided. I heard no complaints, so assume that everything was good.

On arrival the staff was lovely, they received us with a great smile and helped us with all questions. They really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The bed was extremely comfy, I had an excellent night's sleep which I needed. Overall, the room was clean and spacious.

There are some noise coming from other rooms.The breakfast could be better.

i booked a superior room, but the manager of hotel changed our room with a royal suit free. Marika, manager of hotel is very kindness and very nice woman. Thank you Marika!

Breakfast is good for European but not for Asian. Breakfast and staff are good.

Unfortunately, My bookings gone for only 1 adult and 1 infant. May be my mistake before double check i confirm and not checked again. They took extra for this (with some concession) but overall good experience.
