breakfast is ok, nothing special. The dining room is fairly clean and cozy. The location is great close to everything. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is clean. The shower spoils you with a nice good stream of hot water. pleasure.

The pool was emptied for maintenance while we were there, so it was a disappointment to the kids. We booked 2 rooms one of them a triple room, yet, in the triple room, one bed is an opening sofa which isn't very comfortable. According to the reception that's the only arrangement for 3 the hotel has, which is too bad.

the room carpet wasn't clean enough, they don't serve coffee during breakfast! I received a smaller room, although I ordered a bigger one, there wasn't enough space for the suitcase But most of the rooms are very large

If you came to swim in black see and you like comfort for affordable price this hotel is a best option. There is a lot small fruit trading spots and cafes around.

The only maybe not really convenient thing that the air conditioning is centralized in rooms despite you have a control panel in the room it does not matter if you tune your temperature to 19 or 26 :) it will be the same cold in the room. So you can adjust it only by opening your balcony door.... which is also not bad option by the way taking into account almost 100% absence of any insects in the night air of Batumi ))

Great location, 5 minutes from the sea. It is really convenient. Comfortable room and tasty breakfast. Stress-resistant receptionist, my boyfriend said some unpolitely thing and he was calm.

When we came, we found out that the manager of the hotel had made a mistake. we have been waiting for an hour to know if they could settle us.

Breakfast was great. Pool and Sauna not crowded and very modern and clean. Constant hot water with lots of pressure. Mini fridge that worked, and a great balcony to watch the city.

I could not get the air conditioner to work. There is a modern system in the room, but it was either not turned on yet for the season, or mine was broken. Not a big issue since I could open the balcony door and it isn't the hottest part of summer yet.

The hotel is located next to the Batumi Central Park, the Batumi Mall and the city hall. 3 minutes walk to the good restaurant Sazandari. The room was cozy. The view to the sea. The pool and sauna are clean and nice.

There is no safe in a room. The breakfast was bad, except the omelette. Coffee was cold, bread is old and dry, not a lot of greens.

The hotel is nice and very clean. It is only about 300 meters away from the sea. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The area is very safe and pleasant to walk in even at night. The hotel has a small pool as well. Breakfasts were not very bountiful but nice nonetheless.

Everything was according to the discription

Reception were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and modern. Room was spacious and comfy. Secure parking is available, although this is limited so would advise booking in advance.

'Spa' was a bit simple- swimming pool and sauna.
