The owners/managers work really hard to make the hotel maintain a high standard.Everything is very clean even in the breakfast room.It is one of the best in the price range.Many rooms have balconies with chairs to relax .Easy walk from Isani metro.

Just a place to sleep.Nothing to do here and you sit on the bed as there isn't room for a sofa.I didn't like the breakfast as it is hard for me to eat rice, beetroot salad in the morning.The coffee machine is now behind reception and you pay 5 lari extra.The water pipes are noisy so you hear whenever anyone else is taking a shower.The neighbours dog still barks for 5 minutes whenever someone goes past or looks out the window.

Paid for an upgrade to a larger room than previous stay.Room had a fridge, kettle and two bottles of water.Shower was nice and spacious. Student at front desk was very nice and spoke good English.Good night sleep.Easy walk to Isani metro or a couple of stops on bus.You can buy beer, wine and cha cha on premises if you want to relax in the evening.I think you can sit downstairs in the breakfast room too.

No toaster for the breakfast bread. Everything else was good.

Great and professional receptionists. Clean, quiet and calm neighborhood. Clean rooms, refrigerator, water cooker, water bottles and Georgian black tea/green tea.

Noise coming from the bathrooms. Barking dog in the backyard neighborhood.

ლიფტის არ ქონა რთულია როცა მეოთხე სართულზე გაქვს ნომერი, თუმცა ეგ არაფერი, სხვა ყველაფერი იმდენად კარგი იყო რომ ეგ დისკომფორტი ფაქტიურად არც კი გვიგრძვნია,

We loved the hospitality, breakfast and coffee machine that is included during breakfast. Check in and check out was very smooth and stay was very peaceful. They had kept all toiletries ready and room was clean. Don't forget to visit the terrace the view is cute. We would recommend this place for family as we felt safe and especially our room to couple. Reception staff knows English and they are very friendly and available 24/7.

There isn't anything as such but I feel it's not that close to centre but since we had car we didn't have issue with parking or finding the place

I liked staying there. I had a room with a balcony. The room was cosy and clean, the bathroom had everything needed (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush) and it was warm there. A balcony was well designed: you can sit there without noticing by the people from nearby buildings. The kitchen had bottled water and tea for two people as well as a refrigerator constrained mini-bar with water and snacks. The personnel were really polite, kind, and helpful.

Breakfast starts at 9, it’s to late for tourists who leave for sightseeing tours early. Please check tour address details as taxi dribers can’t find it

I had room 403 and it had a very comfortable bed. Extra pillows. And I found out that all given towels had different stages of softness. For people who likes more rough or soft towels or medium rough/softness. The breakfast was good - fresh food daily. The hotel is also in between two metro stations at Queen Ketevan Av. to get easily to Old town / City Center. The staff was also very kind and helpful when I had a question.

Two nights I was lucky enough to have no or at least very quiet neighbours. During the last night I woke up because the newest neighbour was tough snoring. So I recommend, when you have light sleep - to bring ear plugs.

Decent sized room with a balcony, a fridge, room safe and a kettle. - By far the nicest hotel staff we encountered during our trip in Georgia. They also pepared a generous breakfast bag for our early checkout - much appreciated. - A supermarket, subway station and a great bakery are all within walking distance (among other things). - Quiet side street and private parking in front of the hotel (3 spots). - Short drive to the airport.
