We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Reed Hotel Tbilisi. From the moment we walked in, We were greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism. The receptionist, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The staff throughout the hotel were equally accommodating and made me feel at home. Overall, our experience at Reed Hotel was outstanding, largely thanks to the exception service provided by SHALVA, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Shout out to my friend LUCKY (the cat was so friendly we wish we could bring you home.)

This is one of the best properties I’ve lived at in a very long time. The suites are big and spacious and comfy. The toilets are great and shower is awesome. The staff is so friendly and cooperative that they will go to all distances to make your stay exceptional. The food options are simply amazing and they have great food service. The rooftop has a bird’s eye view of the city. The proximity to the city is 5-min away by a cab. The TV has screen mirroring/NETFLIX/youtube, so you won’t be bored while in the room.

Their design is very modern and up to date. The staffs are very lovely and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and the ambiance on the 15th floor specifically during sun rise with an excellent view of the city. They have alot of Christmas decorations which we enjoyed seeing as its almost Christmas when we stayed. All in all we are happy with our stay and would definitely recommend

Location wise its a bit far from the usual tourist attractions but if you have a guide then its fine. The signage needs to be bigger as we got confused looking for the hotel.

The cleaning lady didnt clean our floor for few days then we tolt the staff and ony then they started to wash the floor. Our room had dirty stains on the walls. Only 1 socket for charging near the bed on both sides you can’t charge your phone and have the minifrige on the same time.

The ambiance of hotel is very modern. It is clean and the staff were prompt. The location of the hotel is also good you just need to really go out and discover it. There are near store and pharmacy. The hotel is also good in security because they wont allow outsiders to come unless they have the elevator card. They are so nice that they gave us wine as gift during our wedding. The food are also good and enjoyed it a lot. Definitely will come back to this hotel if we will come back to Georgia.

Reed hotel Tbilisi was one of the most comfortable and beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was so good.The hotel staff was very helpful and kind to us. We arrived at night and had to go to the hotel early. They accommodated us and brought the check-in time earlier.The boy named Shota at the reception was very sweet and helpful.

The location isn’t very close to the center. And the hotel also had a hot water problem. The rest was okay.

I stayed in more than 3 hotels in Tbilisi and during my Georgia trip and this was the 4th one , the location was close to everything , the furniture and room were very Modern and comfortable, more than that staff name Tiko during check in process and overall she was very hospitable and friendly, she was very polite, and made us feel the 5 star experience I wish all the best to her and Reed hotel , will definitely consider this hotel again soon.

We had a great time staying in Reed, the people there are very accommodating, esp. David, Keta and Tiko in the reception area. The food was amazing also thanks to the restaurant team. Thank you to the house keeping team for keeping our rooms clean and comfy. Special mention to their very accommodating and friendly cat in house - LUCKY 😻. We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends. Thumbs up to all of you. 🙏

Large room with balcony , with town view , especially nice in night when the city is full of lights . A lot of places for storage in the room - wardrobe , shelves , cupboard. Good Wi-Fi . Breakfast on the rooftop restraint - very basic , but enough to start the day . And it’s pleasant to have a cup of tea looking around from the 15th floor ))

During the booking , I marked my husband birthday and hope to get little attention from the stuff on this day , but nobody even don’t say happy birthday to him. Location - 3 from 5 taxi driver don’t know at all this hotel , Google maps also doesn’t show it .

Just Great… Very good and cooperative staff, all management is good. If you have any issues they listen to your requests and solve your problem immediately. Really affordable 4 star property with very good service. According to Tbilisi Hotels and staff this hotel must be 5 star. Love to stay here again and again. They get booked very fast, I want to extend my booking but they don’t have more rooms available so book in advance.
