It was a greate hotel with a lovely , freindly and supportive staff. Clean and nice breakfast. Even they prepaired fruit plate every morning for me.The staff were really nice, kind and supportive. I felt home during my stay. One of the staffs even followed me to a stor to help me charge a georgian simcard. They helped alot in different situations. It was a greate experience in this hotel. The location is not that much near to the main parts of the city and you can not catch those part by walk. We mostly took bolt as a taxi . It was much more cheaper than taking a usual taxi. It was also a small store in front of the hotel.

The dining experience was a highlight as well. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes that satisfied both my taste buds and my aesthetic cravings. The breakfast spread was diverse and catered to various preferences, setting a positive tone for my stay. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the decor and ambience was impressive and created a cosy and inviting atmosphere. My room was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep, and the stunning views from my window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff's commitment to exceptional service. They were always available to assist with any request or question, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

Usually I don't write reviews but in this hotel everything was perfect from the start until the end. When we arrived we were welcomed very friendly and they even had a little gift for us prepared in our room. It was no problem to ask for another blanket and bottle of water after our arrival. Besides the usual hygiene products we got slippers and a bathing robe which was super comfortable. The room itself was super clean and we slept like babys in the bed. Breakfast was just amazing. The chef put so much effort in our meals and suprised us with something new everyday. We are vegetarian and eat no eggs and our needs were considered without hesitation. The manager provided us with detailed information about Batumi on our first day which is why we could explore the city and nature perfectly. The hotel has a good location, just a few minutes away from the sea and the botanical garden. You can already see the ocean when you're eating breakfast or from your balcony which is pretty nice. Capo Verde is a 10-15 minutes drive away from the city center but if you're using the app Bolt it's pretty cheap to get there (6-10 Lari). We actually enjoyed being out of the busy city near the beach with fresh air. The staff in general was more than friendly and we could ask them anything. They always tried their best to find an answer or solution. After Batumi we wanted to go to Borjomi but didn't knew when and where the bus was coming. On our last day the manager made it even possible that the bus is picking us up directly from the hotel so we didn't need to go to the central bus station. That made it so much more comfortable. We really appreciated everything they did for us and want to thank every single person who participated to deliver us with such a wonderful experience. We never had such a good service and so much effort put in us in a hotel before. I would recommend Capo Verde Hotel anytime and hope we can come back soon.

We had a great stay. Staff was very supportive and friendly , breakfast was very tasty. Hotel and also room itself was very clean.

I liked everything. Very nice staff. They helped me every time and made everything possible and resolved in time. Special thanks to the hotel manager. I highly recommend the hotel and I will definitely come back. Don't worry about transportation: upon arrival, the station is in front of the hotel, 1 minute walk; when leaving for the airport, it is a 4-minute walk away. Also, the distance from the hotel to the Old Town is approximately 25/30 minutes, depending on the traffic time. It’s very clean, every day I found the room nicely arranged.

Nice property with extremely friendly and helpful staff 24/7. Nice buffet on 7th floor. Location is a little out of the city center, however only a short drive away ( it is actually walking distance - +/- 3 Km away ) Hotel has a nice outdoor swimming pool

Beyond the bar and restaurant at the hotel, only few eateries seemed to be around. We may have missed these, it was just our perception
