Hotel room smelled very good, beds were awesome, very clean and comfortable, shower was awesome. We had a tea kettle and mini fridge in the room, location is wonderful - like 10 minutes walk to the Meydan Square. They offer a bottle of wine upon arrival, but we weren’t interested as Muslims, but it’s a nice compliment I think :) but I would consider offering non-alcoholic beverages too )

staff often leaves reception area, we called like 15 times, no one picked up, so we had to go to them and find out that they’re smoking and talking outside, we needed an iron. Also, they screamed so bad when their football team played, we get it, you were very thrilled, but why yell so much, we couldn’t sleep properly.

The hotel is conveniently placed for those who need to get to the airport quickly - it was just a 15 minute drive from there. Even though it is not in the historic centre of the city, the neighbourhood is quite interesting and worth walking around - a well balanced combination of historic and modern building and lifestyles. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is very pleasant, even though the room may need repair soon. It was not a problem for me, nothing bad, just the first signs. Nonetheless I would stay in this place again. I was very happy that the area was not crowded with tourists as it would mean a lot of noise. Instead, it was nice and quiet.

Everything was fine, I needed a few hours' rest between my flights, and the place was just perfect for that purpose.

The hotel is nice and beautiful located within walking distance from Avlabari metro. We stayed there for 2 nights and had a really good time. The room is not so bad and cozy. The breakfast and breakfast area was nice, we liked it. There is a restaurant/bar outside of the hotel (but we never tried it). The room wall was very beautiful and I liked this truly.

The bathroom floor was a bit slippery. The balcony was closed balcony design. Somehow one side of the room was feeling hotter than the other side, I don't know why.

Graphica Tbilisi offers comfortable accommodations with its cozy beds and convenient hotel location. However, there is room for improvement in the demeanor of the staff, as they could be more polite and attentive to guests' needs. Despite this, the overall experience at Graphica Tbilisi is positive, especially for travelers seeking a well-located and comfortable stay in the city. With its inviting atmosphere and strategic position, the hotel provides a good base for exploring Tbilisi and enjoying all that the city has to offer.

It is a good value for this money. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a climate control unit and you can set the comfortable temperature and it's work! The bathroom is also comfortable and in good working condition. And what is more important for me - there is a workplace comfortable enough for a day or two. It's a comfortable working chair and a table that is possible to use together (believe me there are not so many hotels that understand the importance of this simple combination)! And yes, breakfast is also fine and good enough.

I liked a good place, there is a good view in the park nearby. Old Tbilisi is also very close. The hotel itself is nice, interesting design, comfort rooms. Breakfasts were good, nothing exceptional, but there were choice and good quality of products.

Some things in room were broken or were in not good conditions, but it wasn't a big problem. The air conditioner worked strangely, it was stuffy on the 6th floor, where our room was.

The location is nice either if you walk or use a super cheap taxi or metro. Very comfortable bed, good blackout curtains, fresh drinking water everyday. I'd like to admit, that tap water is also very good quality. We had wonderful view from the 6th floor. Everyday cleaning was ok. There were some special tasty things for breakfast (e.g matsoni, cottage cheese, beans prepared local way, pickled vegetables) but all in all breakfast was quite average as was the coffee.

Sometimes the smell in the room bothered me. Once it was cigarette smell though it is not allowed to smoke in the hotel (the windows were closed). And there was strong sewage smell a couple of times. I didn't get any lunch box, though informed the staff about my very early check-out beforehand (see photo).

Location right next to a bus stop and a grocery store, 10 minutes walk or 1 stop by bus to metro station Avlabari. Big and clean rooms, smart TV.

Breakfast was just ok - nothing special, but for georgian standarts still fine. The ceiling in bathroom needs a bit of refurb as it is damaged from some previous water draining via ceiling into bathroom. The bedroom was a bit cold, as heating was done only via AC which is located only in the living room.

Probably one of the best hotels. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink at the reception. The breakfast was good enough. Stuff at the hotel was welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms were always clean. Every day we got new towels and free bottles of water. The location was also very good, it was close to the metro station, if you want to use the metro, or if you want to walk, the centre is very close. We came by car, the hotel has it’s own parking spaces - 2 of them, but if they are not available you can park it next to the hotel, there was always some free spot. The hotel has its bar, we were having beer and wine, and considering it was a hotel bar, it wasn’t expensive at all. The beer was even cheaper than in some restaurants around.

The only thing that I could point out as a thing we didn’t like was the heating at the hotel. The hotel has the central heating system so when it’s on, it is not possible to turn on the air conditioning. Even tho it wasn’t cold outside, the system was set to heating mode and turning on the air conditioning meant turning on the heating. The window was possible to open only on a hinge, so you couldn’t really cool down the room.

The hotel is a little difficult to find but is in a good location for Tbilisi Old Town, the metro and for a number of eating establishments. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complementary welcome glass of wine or two was particularly appreciated. Prices at the hotel bar for beer and wine were very reasonable. Breakfast was a buffet arrangement with a range of both hot and cold foods. Transfers both to and from the airport were arranged very efficiently by the hotel. The rooms we used were of a reasonable size and were warm and comfortable. This is an hotel which I would be very happy to use again. Excellent!

It would have been good to have had a greater range of English speaking channels on the TV. Coffee and tea facilities were provided in the rooms but it would have been nice if small cartons of milk had been available in order to suit British tastes. The breakfast buffet was was very good but only instant coffee was available.
