The location is nice either if you walk or use a super cheap taxi or metro. Very comfortable bed, good blackout curtains, fresh drinking water everyday. I'd like to admit, that tap water is also very good quality. We had wonderful view from the 6th floor. Everyday cleaning was ok. There were some special tasty things for breakfast (e.g matsoni, cottage cheese, beans prepared local way, pickled vegetables) but all in all breakfast was quite average as was the coffee.

Sometimes the smell in the room bothered me. Once it was cigarette smell though it is not allowed to smoke in the hotel (the windows were closed). And there was strong sewage smell a couple of times. I didn't get any lunch box, though informed the staff about my very early check-out beforehand (see photo).

Probably one of the best hotels. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink at the reception. The breakfast was good enough. Stuff at the hotel was welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms were always clean. Every day we got new towels and free bottles of water. The location was also very good, it was close to the metro station, if you want to use the metro, or if you want to walk, the centre is very close. We came by car, the hotel has it’s own parking spaces - 2 of them, but if they are not available you can park it next to the hotel, there was always some free spot. The hotel has its bar, we were having beer and wine, and considering it was a hotel bar, it wasn’t expensive at all. The beer was even cheaper than in some restaurants around.

The only thing that I could point out as a thing we didn’t like was the heating at the hotel. The hotel has the central heating system so when it’s on, it is not possible to turn on the air conditioning. Even tho it wasn’t cold outside, the system was set to heating mode and turning on the air conditioning meant turning on the heating. The window was possible to open only on a hinge, so you couldn’t really cool down the room.

The hotel is a little difficult to find but is in a good location for Tbilisi Old Town, the metro and for a number of eating establishments. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complementary welcome glass of wine or two was particularly appreciated. Prices at the hotel bar for beer and wine were very reasonable. Breakfast was a buffet arrangement with a range of both hot and cold foods. Transfers both to and from the airport were arranged very efficiently by the hotel. The rooms we used were of a reasonable size and were warm and comfortable. This is an hotel which I would be very happy to use again. Excellent!

It would have been good to have had a greater range of English speaking channels on the TV. Coffee and tea facilities were provided in the rooms but it would have been nice if small cartons of milk had been available in order to suit British tastes. The breakfast buffet was was very good but only instant coffee was available.

We liked everything. It is excellent value for money. Rooms and bathrooms are new and nice, beds are great, so comfortable. Breakfast is good with cofee and different meals. Position is good, just 5-10 minutes from centre with taxi, depending on traffic. Avlabari metro is 7 minutes walk and Gamarjoba tourist tours are next to metro. Best of all, the staff. They greeted us with vine, recomended restaurants, booked us additional nights and moved our luggage for us and helped us buy bus tickets. All in all, a pure 10 from us. Mandloba!

The hotel is located near many attractions, so it will be easy for tourists to reach them on foot. It is also very quiet inside rooms, so you will not be disturbed during your sleep. Staff is very hospitable and professional. They actually helped me to pack my breakfast into a lunchbox by 1 am. The rooms have almost everything you need for a short stay (including coffee, tea and several bottles of water in your room).

On the other hand, there were no places around the hotel to grab a bite after 9 pm, instead of a proper meal you will have to go to night shops and buy snacks. Or you may go to some other areas of the city by cab, where it will be more busier at the time. Unfortunately, there was no tv remote controller in my room, so I had to use bottoms on the tv to mange the process of watching tv.

I love the hotel, it was clean, modern design but pretty laidback and cozy. The location was at the city center, it’s easy to go around. Breakfast was good. I had a great time. I want to recognize Ana the receptionist she was amazing, I celebrated my birthday and she accompany me to celebrate my birthday at midnight since I was solo traveling 🥺🥺 she brought a small bread and put some candles for me 🥺🥺She was very helpful and accommodating the whole time and the hotel is lucky to have her.

1. Very poor soundproofing. I can hear literally every single word from other rooms. My neighbour from 401 was a nightmare. My might dreams were awful because of that. 2. My room was quite compact . It looked smaller then in the picture. 3. I would like a full-length mirror in the room.

We decided to change plans when we arrived and we needed two extra nights. They arranged it right away, giving us a better room at the same rate for those nights. They received us with a welcome drink (Georgian White Wine), providing all the information we requested. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. We stayed for 5 nights and we love it. The location is perfect. Also the breakfast was very good. Just good things to say about them.

small hotel in a calm area (for Georgia, you need to be prepared that Georgian people are loud😅 but it’s a part of their unique culture. the room was small but perfect for one person. Sheets were clean and the smell in the hotel lobby and room was amazing (except the shower, there were a smell of mold). the staff is really friendly and they even offered a free glass of domestic wine at the checkout that was a really good home wine! the breakfast was decent, but I think they should add coffee machine in breakfast area.

the rooms need to be renovated as there are luggage stains on the walls and the traces of water coming through ceiling in the bathroom).
