Arrived late (4.30am) to find the reception girl had waited up for us (what a champion). Very attentive staff, great breakfast, good wifi, good location with short walk to old town, comfy beds. Really friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is overall very clean, nice and comfortable. The staff is amazing! They upgraded my room to a mansard room with a bathtub in the balcony 🛁 🏖🤩I wish it was a summertime so I could bathe in the balcony. Upon the check-in, there was a personal handwritten welcome note signed by the hotel manager on behalf of all staff. All these things might be minor details, but they make your stay pleasant and bring warmth in cold winter days ☺️ My room was spacious enough and it came with full toiletries, including body lotion and hair dryer.

My room was in the very last top floor of the building and perhaps there was something wrong with the ventilation system, but during early hours of the day when the kitchen staff were prepping meal for breakfast, all the food smell was inside my room.

The hotel is perfectly located not far from the center and is surrounded by a nice park, which is great for walking if you are traveling with a dog like I did. The interior is very nice, rooms are clean, well supplied and comfy. I really liked the terrace in the park while having breakfast (which was very good). My room reservation was upgraded for free and I got the room with a bath tube at the balcony with a beautiful view. A public parking in front of the hotel is available, there always was enough parking space. Staying with a dog is charged extra (+150 lari per night). All in all, liked the hotel as a perfect place for traveling with a pet and would like to come again.

Location is great in historic old town. Very clean hotel. Room had spacious terrace with very nice view. Hotel outdoor space with seating area was great feature, surrounded by greeneries, small park. Staff was very fast in response and very attentive, friendly. Cleaning service was great.

I wish they had food service throughout the day, not only for breakfast. At least some snacks in the bar.

Nice decor, friendly staff and a great location. The bar has a nice terrace which backs out onto a park so we spent a lot of time sitting outside and enjoying the surroundings. It’s also just a 10 minute walk from the old town so very convenient for a lot of the tourist attractions.

The lift stops between floors which was a bit strange and awkward when moving luggage but it wasn’t a huge issue.

The hotel is nicely decorated with traditional Georgian crafts. The location is quiet and offers nice views of the city. The staff was very helpful, and we felt completely at ease with everyone. They helped us with anything we needed and We felt very welcome at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was nice, Georgian/Eastern European style, with some khachapuri, very good blini ( and delicious jams that tasted like they were homemade ) the omelettes were better than in most five stars hotels I’ve been to. Even if I’m aware that in the east filter coffee is preferred for breakfast, I’d have appreciated some Italian style coffee to be also included but it didn’t spoil the experience at all. Good bedding, spacious rooms and bathrooms, the stay exceeded what we expected.

A perfect 10 in my opinion, room was big, quiet and clean, staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast was very good. I'll stay in the same hotel next time and I'll recommend it to friends and family. Located very close to the city center in a quiet area.

I have no complaints, it was perfect from the check-in to check-out.

Amazing hotel. Nice staff, they tried to help in everything. The location is great. Five minutes walk from the Old Town. The breakfast is delicious, there are Georgian dishes as well. They also offer a glass of champagne and chacha during breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel next time and strongly recommend it to everyone!

I did an amazing stay at this Hotel in Tbilisi at first few days of March and I am very happy about my stay! The room is simple & Nice, the bathtub at the terrace is something everyone should try! Their breakfast buffet in the morning has got good options and their staff is very helpful! I cannot wait to visit again 💝

Friendly staff, and very stylish hotel. Everything is new and clean. Very quiet. Cozy atmosphere. Tasty breakfast. What we loved the most was the location. No uphill, 10 min walk to the sulfur baths and very easy access for the taxis. We were o honeymoon and they had very nice gesture to make our stay very pleasant.

We had the standard room, a chair or armchair would make the room much more comfortable. All the rest is 10/10
