Bed quality , various room types , ground floor resturant , friendly and welcoming staff

Their price is not inculded tax, but most of other hotels in Tbilisi show the price including tax. I think this is kind of trick to show lower prices at the first look.

Friendly staff, good location, good size room and bathroom. Complimentary water in room every day.

Wardrobe doors really awkward and noisy to open. No hooks anywhere in room to hang up a coat or jacket. Only instant coffee provided.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tbilisi, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the hotel staff. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any requests I had, they were always there to help with a smile. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with easy access to many of Tbilisi's top attractions and dining options. I appreciated being able to explore the city easily while knowing I had a comfortable and welcoming hotel to return to at the end of the day.

Everything was amazing

The staff is always courteous and helpful. The service is great! Centrally located, you can get anywhere within no time. Very comfortable bed and enough space for everything. The food and drink are available and great, there is something for everyone. Varied. Thank you for the great management. I will be back again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even the cleaner on my floor was so sweet with my dog. The hotel in general was very well maintained and immaculately clean. It almost felt like a brand new hotel. What I liked most about the room was the bed, a nice firm mattress and pillows. It was perfectly comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Good location in the expat area of Tbilisi. Near a lot of fancy restaurants, banks and etc. Good Wi-Fi. Clean and quiet room even with a city view. Customer service is also good - provided me with slippers and a bathrobe right after arrival.

-- Staff in the restaurant need to be notified in advance if guests booked a half-board meal or just breakfast only. They annoyed me by checking if I paid or not for a meal during the whole day of my stay. -- The price is a little bit overrated for a 4-star hotel.

I was traveling for work and location is just perfect. Center of Vake, everything I needed was there. Great comfortable room with awesome bed, it was a very comfortable stay.

Instant coffee in the room. Hilton administration, please add/replace it with good drip coffee, it will add +100 to the overall experience. Otherwise, everything was great.

I ordered food in my room from the hotel restaurant and I was amazed how good it was! I ordered again the following night 😁

Only one person at the reception most of the time, which can make things hectic sometimes. I ordered pizza from outside and it was at the reception for more than 20 minutes as the receptionist was really busy with other guests and forgot to call me in order to collect it.

Staff were friendly and helpful, I got in late and had room service. The food was amazing. Also allowed a later checkout, which was nice.

The aircon in the room was difficult to figure out. But that's the only " issue" I had. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend them.

Not overcrowded. There was a possibility to have early arrival almost 12 h before the regular availability ( from 3pm), for the additional charge, and early departure ( at about 3am), when it was paid through mid-day (12:00).

Would be grate to have an umbrellas for customers, if rainy.
