All is ok but have ine minus PARKING

One minus the hotel have not Parking and you don't know what to do!!! even near parkings very expensive ((((((

Reception: We were well welcomed upon arrival by Mr Shota, Iralki,Lado and the security Men. Morning time Nina is rocking it, whatever you need, she will be happy to assist. Room: -The room is super clean and quite. -The View is awesome. -The room maintenance is perfect. -Good Internet speed. Restaurant: I highly recommend The Breakfast in the 36th floor, French Cuisine. -The food is delicious, varied and fresh. -Culinary Team are amazing, the restaurant Manager and her Team are very hospitable too. Bar: -Sky Bar, best cocktails you can ever have, Mr Saba and Mr Totsne are very friendly, the service is excellent. Coffeeshop: -Located at the lobby, good coffee and pastries,the waitress is very kind. Gym: -Big, clean and it has all the workout machines that you may need. Swimming Pool: Big, indoor, Clean. Other Outlets: -All outsource, there’s a restaurant;européen cuisine, Bar in front of it, coffeeshop and a spot for wine lovers, all good.  

The Swimming pool atmosphere is sucks, the Bar is poor (limited choices and requires an experienced Barman), no seats/Sun beds available for the in-house guests, it is always crowded because they have a day use for outsiders. Overall our stay is very smooth, but i really hope there will an improvements with regards to the swimming pool.

everything was brand new, comfortable and clean! the bed was to die for 🫠😍the location is good! the view from our window was breathtaking 💫the most thing we enjoyed was the pool, the perfect opportunity to relax while there are cold days outside.. definitely coming back!!! also big thanks to staff, veeery attentive, all of our request were done.had a complimentary drink and food for our occasion, so special big thank you for that dear Pullman and staff! we enjoyed our stay a lot! thank you!

I would recommend to make separate elevator for outsiders who come to visit the bar and the restaurant. because of those who don’t live in the hotel guest are forced to wait for an elevator for too long.

I had an exceptional experience during my recent stay at Pullman Axis Tower. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the hotel excels at providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This wasn't my first visit, and the consistency in their service is truly commendable. To start with, I was pleasantly surprised when I found out they had upgraded my room. This unexpected touch of luxury added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. The familiar warmth of their hospitality was still very much present, making me feel right at home. I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to the remarkable individuals who made my stay unforgettable. Nina, the hotel's Boss Lady, not only exudes kindness but also a high level of professionalism that sets the tone for the entire establishment. Georgy's friendliness is infectious, leaving me with a smile every time we interacted. Irakli and Lado were standouts when it came to assisting with inquiries about the city. Their local knowledge and willingness to help ensured that I could make the most of my time exploring the area. Saba from Dumas deserves a special mention for his incredible hospitality, which made me feel like a valued guest. The chef, who speaks French, created culinary delights that were not only delicious but also a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a diverse and enjoyable dining experience. The rest of the reception team, including David, consistently went above and beyond to deliver a top-notch service, setting the standard for excellent customer care. I can't overlook the Housekeeping Team and their supervisor, whose meticulous attention to detail ensured that my room was always in impeccable condition. Their dedication did not go unnoticed, and it contributed significantly to the overall comfort of my stay. The in-room dining service was a delight, providing a variety of options that catered to my preferences.

Location and facilities are okay. Our room was nice and fresh. Swimming pool is nice. A/C was working perfectly fine which is not as common in Georgia as one would expect. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Price is steep for what you get and facilities are scattered across multiple floors in this tower which not very comfortable. Facilities in the leasure area except the pool were not clean and were stinky (especially the steam room which smelled of mold and farts). Showers were dirty and the floor was slimy. Wine in the room was a nice gesture, although it was old, opened a long time ago, most likely reused from unfinished bottles and tasted awful. We only tasted it but it gave both of us an indigestion. Now we’re very careful with the complimentary wine and we won’t touch an opened bottle.

There is no parking area table and this is a real problem

1. There is no hotel parking although the hotel pops up when you choose “parking” filter on booking. There is small open space parking in front of the hotel entrance, but it’s unguarded and is quite uncomfortable. Moreover you have to book place there in advance. 2. Bathroom doors in the rooms ate made of glass and you can literally see everything what your companion is doing in there. Cannot really talk on behalf of other people but seeing my partner or for instance a grown-up son on toilet wouldn’t be my first chosen fantasy.

the staff made sure to make us feel comfortable. they were happy to help and very pleasant.

water pressure in the bathroom was lacking

I really liked the view from the room and the bathroom setup. The room was clean.

The building has only 3 elevators that go up to the rooms, when these are busy you end up waiting a bit too much. The location of the hotel is good, but consider a 20 minutes car ride to see anything in the city center.
