The hotel boasts an excellent location with perfect access to transportation. Although situated on a quiet street, it's important to note that it's near a stadium. Keep this in mind during game days, as it can get quite loud. It's conveniently close to the Cereteli subway station, and Station Square is within walking distance. Additionally, you'll find markets, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby. The host is exceptionally welcoming and hospitable, making my stay truly pleasant. The warm attitude made me feel as if I was spending time at relatives'.

While the overall experience was positive, there are a few aspects that could enhance the comfort of future stays. The room, carrying a quaint charm, would greatly benefit from some updating, particularly the bathroom. Additionally, I noticed the bed was somewhat uneven, with one side feeling more worn. The cleaning schedule appeared to be less frequent than expected, with towels refreshed once a week and the bed linens not changed during the two-week stay.

I stayed at Hotel Tomas twice during my trip through Georgia. Both stays were great! The staff was very accommodating as they provided a laundry service for me during one stay (for a fee) and then were patient as I sorted out some payment challenges during my second stay. They also held my bag for me after I checked out so that I could explore Tbilisi unburdened before my train left in the evening. All of this while communicating through my very broken Georgian and Russian. I highly recommend!

The room was clean and bright, beds were comfy. The host was super-friendly and always moved towards our needs - from the check-in time to helping my friend when she got sick. The house has a cozy picturesque patio with trees. Besides that, the house is located nearby local market where one can buy local fruits, wine and spices (around 10-15 min walk). Internet connection was also acceptable.

Hosts Very nice people, they helped with everything, checked us in early, told us about the city, gave us coffee. Location 2 minutes to the bus, 3 minutes to the metro, 15 minutes walk to the station. There is a store and a bank nearby, and a McDonald's near the metro station. Very quiet courtyard and rooms. Room An old house in excellent condition. High ceilings, balcony with a small view, spacious room and bathroom. Good Wifi.

Toma's house is not only a hotel, it felt like home. We had great discussion with the owner and his daughter, both very friendly ! The private balcony is very nice and quiet. It is enjoyable to have your coffee or tea (provided in the room) there. The room is very clean and confortable. And the location is perfect (especialy if you want to try Bassiani famous club !)

I liked everything: the best staff, they gave me wine for free , the room was very nice and very warm, there is everything you need in the room and bathroom as well, this hotel is very cosy and beautiful. It is near from metro , mcdonalds, georgian restaurant and big supermarket . There is bazaar , where you can buy georgian churchkhela , fruits , vegatables, cheese, there is station square nearby. I definietly will stay there in the future.

Toma’s house is a great place for a stay in Tbilisi! I stayed there in January and was impressed by the high level of service. The staff is friendly and attentive, the room is clean and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Tbilisi. 🔝🔝🔝

They were nicely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the people were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Everything was fantastic and the property wildly exceeded expectation. The owners are incredibly nice people that go out of their way to help you with any issue. The location is in a perfect part of town for getting anywhere easily. Bed was super comfortable and heating and amenities were excellent. Bathroom was spotless. Will be my first choice whenever I need to be back in Tbilisi.
