The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Everything was very clean. The TV had Netflix etc. Nice bathroom with really good shower. Gorgeous view from the balcony! The staff are so nice and helpful.

Kind of hard to get to because it’s up a very very steep hill so you have to take a taxi up. It’s worth it for the view though.

The hotel is completely new Price Wifi quality Staff was always available and nice Position of the hotel: 10 min walking from Freedom square and 2 min walking from funicular

- Noise isolation: you hear everything what happens in the corridor and for couple of nights we have had a particularly loud neighbors (karaoke lovers) - for one day there was no hot water in our room (it got fixed afterwards but if I was a staff I would propose the guests to change the room, the hotel was half empty) - our room was full of black hair on the floor

Rooms are very beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Extra points for the wardrobe offered. The hotel is very close to Rustaveli street - the main avenue of Old Tbilisi. Easy access to all points of interest. Bus from the airport will leave you few minutes away. I made the best choice for my first visit in Tbilisi!

Not a dislike, but rather an advice for future visitors: It was a bit hard to find upon arrival, just make sure you have google maps at hand (download the offline map of the area as once you leave the main street you don't have WiFi access until you get to the hotel)

I think that staff’s manners can improve. Upon arrival I asked if they have a washing machine to do our laundry. The receptionist said that she will check this and let me know in the evening, but she didn’t come. In the meanwhile, I found in the room a sort of welcome leaflet with all the services they offer and laundry was among them, so the next morning I came down with our clothes saying that I would like to use this service, but the receptionist looked like I bother her and wasn’t very helpful.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The hotel is modern, contemporary, super clean, and bright. It is built at the highest point of the city, which lets you enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning and a fresh breath at night. Though we were out the whole day exploring Georgia, the balcony was a big plus to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of the famous Georgian wine. All the hotel staff were very approachable and welcoming. Erekle gave us lots and lots of great tips about his country, where to go, and what to do, which was very helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to wind up your day with a quiet and comfortable stay.

We stayed for four days, and enjoyed every single one. Tasteful design. Functioning bathroom fittings that totally live up to international standards, fridge and little tea/coffee maker, super mattresses. Eric and Eka do everything to make the guests’ lives good by offering practical help, very insightful information about the country, and not to forget a lovely breakfast. Finally, there’s the balcony overlooking the city, relaxing end of the day. He usually called a yandex cab to take us into town (5 Lari per ride), so the location on the mountain slope was not a problem but rather an asset. It’s an easy walk to the lower Funikulori (cablecar) station, and the restaurants around there.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel for 1 year. I like view of the city from hotel. Comfortable bad to sleep.

During my staying 2nd time for one year I have felling that owner of this hotel don’t visiting hotel to control issues going in the property where invested huge money. Cleanest in the rooms went down, cleanest in hotel went down. Taxi drivers can’t find proper route to get hotel, from 10 times when I ordered taxi for 3 days, only 1 driver came till hotel, in another cases I was walking to taxi drivers.

A fantastic hotel and hosts (fluent English speakers), extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Georgia and keen to help us make the most of our stay. Very accommodating of our young children, the room and breakfast were lovely and the hotelier is so well-connected he was able to help us plan the next part of our trip across Georgia and introduce us to useful contacts and guides. Nothing was too much hassle for them, they made our trip so memorable. The hotel is built to a very high and modern standard, and it is situated a few minutes walk from the Funicular and 5 minutes walk from the city centre - there are some cool bars and restaurants near it and it's a quiet location after a day's sightseeing. The view from the bedrooms is stunning, right over the city and, behind, of the mountain from the base of it, a great view while sipping Georgian wine from your balcony! Highly recommended, we will return! :)
