very quiet you can sleep until noon without nice from the house keeping the bed very comfortable there’s a nice garden attach with the hotel

when u get to the city you have to cross very sharp hill which made me very tired some of the stuff needed smile

We had a fantastic stay at the Citrus Hotel. The location is ideal - a splendid looking little square next to the Georgian parliament, a couple of minutes from Liberty Square and Rustaveli Avenue and within walking distance of Shardeni Street and the Mtatsminda Park funicular. The room was smart, the beds very comfortable and the view commendable from the higher floors. The staff were helpful - they organised taxi travel from the airport in advance and also a large vehicle to take 4 of us to Yerevan as we checked out. My friends enjoyed the breakfast (I missed it, unfortunately). We couldn't have asked for much more from our stay and would definitely prioritise staying here again in Tbilisi rather than anywhere else, particularly at the excellent price.

Expensive breakfast, no exhaust fan in toilet.

I recently stayed at this hotel and here's my take: The best thing about it is the fantastic location, right in the heart of everything. The staff? Super polite and always ready to help, which is a big plus. The service was top-notch, no complaints there.

However, if you're planning a short, one-night stay, it's a decent choice. But, here's the kicker - the interior is showing its age. It coulchdefinitely use a makeover. So, if you don't mind a bit of a dated look and prioritize location and service, this place could work for you.

The hotel was good, nice room and i like that was bathroom not shower,that i can wash hair without problem. Cleaning lady downstairs was very friendly always smile and also guys at reception was polite.Only one young girl on reception was arrogant.When we come she give dirty look from top to bottom.But when i say that to her collega once, at the end she became normal. arrogance only show how person poor inside.I think cleaning lady will be more good for reception because she know how to communicate with people.Other was all nice,just if on breakfest put more meat will be excellent

Location, room comfort, good bathroom. Good hot water. Big bed, a bit too strong.

At the reception some people need to learn a service. Others were nice. Smell after room service was bad, kind of a stinky parfumé. What ever you spray while or after cleaning you have to stop it. Far too expensive breakfast, i didn't take it. Hotel charges 40 lari for the breakfast, not cool!

The staff were very friendly. We love the location of the hotel, right in the city center. The room was big enough for our family of 3. However, the toilet is a little bit small but there is everything. Overall, we were satisfied with our staying in this hotel.

As we stayed on the 2nd floor, we could detect the cigarette smell, probably coming from the street where people stood and smoked. The elevator was a bit too small.

The location is pleasant — in a walking distance to the main square and the old city yet far enough to not be noisy. There is a children's playground right outside and a nice little green area with a fountain to cool down during the hot Georgian summer. My wife and kids enjoyed the breakfast.

The corridors on the floors are tiny, there is one elevator which is a little too busy during peak hours.

The location is excellent. Breakfast is good. Dark in the room at night, and no noise from outside

The bath wasn’t clean enough. It looked clean, but when I touched the surface, I realized it was not clean enough and felt uncomfortable while taking a bath already full of water

The staff at the reception Ms. Sophe and Mr. Levan were very nice and helpful. We requested for early breakfast one day, and she was very kind to organise the same with the chef & kitchen staff.

We booked 2 Junior Suite Room No. 803 & 903 for 4 nights. Room 803 was good, but in Room 903 there was terrible sewage smell.. Infact sometimes the whole of 9th Floor had this bad sewage smell.
