Very nice location. Near all the important stuff. Nice personel, no issues with taking care of anything. Room was nice and clean. You can always postpone cleaning if necessary.

Maintaining room temperature to my liking was a little bit tricky, but I like it at 19 C and it was during winter so during night it got a little to hot for me. One real issue was the smell of bleach from the sheets after cleaning ..hard to get rid off. Would be nice if cleaning include some venting of the room and air freshener or smth like that. But all and all we managed. No big issues there

very quiet you can sleep until noon without nice from the house keeping the bed very comfortable there’s a nice garden attach with the hotel

when u get to the city you have to cross very sharp hill which made me very tired some of the stuff needed smile

The location of the hotel was really good just few minutes walk to Liberty Square and a mall and the fact that they have parking on sight was a deciding factor for us. The rooms were not very big but enough for 2. Most of the staff was helpful and spoke English

The exact same breakfast for 9 days was a not good. Also most food was very cold and they have no heating facility close by. The bathroom didn't have bidet or shataf which was menssioned in the description of the hotel. Also the rooms are not really sound proof and there was a baby in the next room who cried and screamed a lot

Good location, close to Tbilisi funicular and the National Parliament, close to National Galleries and to Galleria Mall, Nice breakfast. good internet, comfortable bed, clean. The hotel provided airport transfer on time. Also provided ironing table and iron. A hotel to count on!

Some strange smell in room 404 (not in the bathroom), like an old, but strong perfume and keeping the window open was not enough to change it. Lack of mosquito net (there were no mosquitos in April :-), though). It was not necessary (and environmental not friendly) changing all towels. soaps and shower gels every day, like they did. I've just unpacked a soap in the evening that would have been enough for at least 3-4 days, and the next day I've got a new set from all only-once-used equipment.

I had booked a studio, the size is amazing. Good view through window. No sound from outside, no disturbance at all. I guess they have sound proofed it. Cleaning is on time. All toiletries are provided. Do meet the guy as Sopho at reception calls him The walking google (lewan) for any assistance Regarding travelling in Georgia. He is very helpful. P.S i stayed 4 more days at the hotel.

The location is excellent for access to all of Tbilisi. The old town is well within walking distance and the best shopping is on your doorstep ... literally. Across the main road from the front entrance, there are the main museums and behind them the Dry Bridge market. The staff were attentive and extremely helpful, especially Lasha (technical manager and guide) who helped with contacts in the business sector I was interested in developing. This hotel and its staff made a very positive impact on my week's stay in Tbilisi.

Wifi and inter-room soundproofing were occasionally a slight problem.

The day we arrived at Citrus city centre of Tbilisi was on active riot. As Citrus is just in the back of the Georgian Parliament building, all the roads to the hotel were closed. Hotel staff helped us to navigate our car to the backside of the hotel building. We had pretty god night although we were a bit worried for the people outside and police.

The difficulty with booking.com about our reservation. In emergency a solution is needed to cancel reservations.

The property, location (opposite to a government office in Tbilisi) and the breakfast is quite value for the money. Parking is in the basement of the hotel and will have to use another lift to access the rooms. There is a pharmacy adjacent to the hotel. Suggest to use taxi/vehicle to arrive at the Hotel as you’ll have a tough time should you walk with luggages ( Incline ). Liberty Mall is downhill. Just be aware about your belongings while you walk through the liberty square especially near the Dunkin Donuts area as they are few kids pretending to beg, whose sole intention is to pick pocket.

Location was fantastic. Room was spacious and had good facilities. The garden next to the property was a good place to relax.

We requested a 1 hour extension from the standard check out time (12 pm). That request was rejected by the front desk person within split second without even giving a thought or checking if it is possible. The immediate reply was, "we have other guests who will be checking in so we can not agree for this". Their check in time is 2 pm so even if we would have vacated at 1pm, they would have got good 1 hour to prepare the room for the next guest. Anyway, it is all about willingness to accommodate, and it seemed like front desk had clear instructions from top management to strike down any such requests immediately. No other complaints.

Breakfast was great and location is fantastic. We really loved the area, It was near to Galleria Mall and Freesdom Square. Hotel is clean and has a lovely view and We Feel Safe and Secure at this place Staffs are all awesome and kind.

We think that the hotel needs to improve the following to have a better services : 1.Add Bidet Faucet in your Toilets. 2.Better to include removing all used plates and utensils during room cleaning.
