Hotel is in the center of the city. Very comfortable, very clean room. Staff also make everything to make us satisfied. Hotel was cleaned everyday. There were beautiful view from balcony. Breakfast was full, everything was fresh and tasty, we really liked it. Room services also works well. We haven't any accidents about technical issues. Receptioner "Ali" is a good staff friendly. Thanks him a lot.

There is only one single problem with sound isolation.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Old Tbilisi! The comfort and hospitality were top. The airport Bolt (taxi)driver knew this place hence reach was a piece of cake. Getting a taxi from here is also pretty easy as taxi stand is right below the street. Hotel had a lift.Hence no problem for elderly. The hotel exterior had a rustic look with a taste of local georgian architecture. Inside is pretty common. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of local delicious options to start the day. The location is unbeatable – right below the cable car, with balcony views to ancient monuments providing a good view of the city and within walking distance of a spa, hypermarket SPAR and local BUS tour centre. The staff ensured we had a great experience. They helped with our luggage, provided us with several travel adaptors for the sockets, after pleasant stay, allowed us to keep our luggage safe for a few hours after checkout, which was incredibly helpful. It was such a thrill for the kids to spot the hotel while riding the cable car, and we all felt good to be staying in most happening areas of the city. Had to extend our trip due to a travel glitch but didnt look back to a different hotel due to convenience here. The lively surroundings with good service and convenience of everything nearby, made our trip truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting first time.

Small trivial stains in carpet which are otherwise manageable. A portion of bathroom glass door was not there due to which shower water spread everywhere in bathroom. Hope management fixes that when we come back later :)

Hotel is 3 star not 4. There is no soundproofing. You can hear people next door to you talking and using the bathroom. Also the doors make loud noises when you tap your card to enter. When I was in room 305 there was some noise but in 209 there was lots as the cleaners would be outside talking and shouting in the hallway. Pillows are very thin and poor quality. Breakfast could be better sometimes, there wasn't a lot of variety. One morning I could not make it so I asked for a takeaway box and they gave me a sandwich, although they left it on my room desk and not in the fridge.

This hotel is a little more fancy than I normally book and it was super nice. The room was beautiful, the building and lobby also. The staff were super helpful. The wifi was adequate and usable for my work. The location is really good for the old city area, and is super close to a bunch of fun stuff but down a couple of alleys so as not to be disturbed by it. It is a couple of minutes walk to the 337 bus to/from the airport. The bus is super cheap compared to a taxi. It is a little further to a metro stop, but still quite close (the metro does not go to the airport). To take the bus or metro you need to first get a transit card at one of the orange machines they have all over. One of the cable cars is also super close and almost goes overhead so you can get started on the attractions of Tbilisi easily. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Location is amazing! We were right at the Meidan Bazaar, the very hub of all action in Tbilisi! Every point of touristic attraction was very close by. Breakfast was great. I had stayed there with my daughter. We were in the room with balcony that opened to the Narikala fort.

There weren’t anything that I did not like about the hotel. The only problem was the washroom. It was tinyyyyyy.

A fantastic location right in the heart of the old town at the foot of the hill that goes up to the old fortress. The view from my balcony was stunning. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English, unfortunately my Georgian is zero! Breakfast had a good selection and plenty of seating. The bed was very comfortable and despite its location, outside noise was minimal. I really hope to return to Tbilisi one day and would definitely stay here again.

Just 2 little things, the hot food at breakfast wasn't always that hot (a common thing with buffets I find) and it would be good if it started a little earlier, as if your going on a tour, its likely you would have to give breakfast a miss. Other than that, perfect!

The stuff was so good and they are helpful

If you want to stay in the old town, it is the right address. Despite this, liberty square is at most 15 minutes walking distance. Hot water in the bathroom is great. The breakfast is successful and satisfying. cleaning is good. staff helpful. The cable car to the castle is a 5-minute walk away. For those interested, there is a casino within 5 minutes walking distance. very close to bars, restaurants, wineries

the room was a little small. Air comes in through the windows, but since the air conditioning in the room was very good, it did not appear as a negative.

The hotel was amazing and right in the heart of Old Town from where we could reach almost all the landscapes and tourist spots of Tbilisi in a walking distance. I travelled with my 11-month old baby, so the hotel made sure we both were comfortable and satisfied with our stay. My room was cleaned every day and my bedsheets were changed regularly. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Also, additional star for the breakfast. It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Variety of options and regular refilling. I also liked the timing - from 8 to 11am, which is great given that I woke up quite late in the mornings as I was tired from the day before. The only issue was with my stroller as the roads around the territory are covered with stones which made it hard to move. But obviously it is not the hotel’s fault. The whole Old city is covered with stones😅
