Hotel in heart or Tbilisi near to all attractions and quit no more loud sounds or noise people Super view on all town and they have 10/10 restaurant in terrace i have lunch and breakfast so fresh food and nice taste Room size normal decoration nice bathroom acceptable

Location، location, and location;it says it all! Everything is within 5 minutes walking distance & lots of amazing restaurants, bars, shops & facilities around. The closeness to the Sulfur bath is a bonus. The view of the old town & surrounding from the roof top restaurant is breath taking, you can just sit there all day & not get bored! Rooms are comfortable, the hotel is big and spacious. Staff considerate & helpful. Our only recommendation is improving breakfast & providing some variety, specially as Georgia has such delicious & variety of food. Will return again to this hotel & highly recommend.

The location.

The hotel is in the heart of Tbilisi, right next to the historical center, Tbilisi botanical garden, and the ancient sulphur baths. Lots of bars and restaurants can be found nearby. Most of the important touristic places can be reached just by walking some minutes. Everything in the hotel made the impression of high quality standards, as far as I could see it. The bed was very comfortable, a shame that I had to get up at 04:15 a.m. to be in time at the airport. The bathroom was the most exciting, clean, complete and modern one I had in my two weeks of holidays in Georgia and Armenia. I would definitely come again.

The central location, the rooms were in good condition and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The lobby was old fashioned, about 10 steps to get to the lobby entrance- not great with luggage. The food in the dining room was fine, but the food was not cleared when guests left and we found ourselves more than once surrounded by dirty tables. A number of times we had to wait 10 mins for them to fill the coffee machine or supply cups for hot drinks. The dining room staff need to get their act together.

- location is superb- close to many attractions, the red bus stop and the sulfur baths in the old city. A walking distance from the funicular which takes you up to the most amazing view of the city - staff are friendly and very helpful

-breakfast had limited choices but was still good - there was a very bad smell in the corridors (something like rotten eggs), we asked about it and were told it’s coming from the sulfur baths - you get used to it after a while

Location, Clean, Quite

Hotel has no control on it’s own Car Parking, no guarantee you find a parking spot, someone could block your car for hours and the reception will ask you to call the Police!!?

I liked location (on the river, the beautiful view of the landscape...), breakfast, freindly staff (always ready to help or answer questions), room (clean and comfortable) , veranda restourant, vacation vibe!

Beautiful hotel The room was nice and spacious The staff were very friendly and helpful, we requested to change the room to a river view room ,and they did without extra charges which we really appreciated The location was perfect, in the old city near lots of restaurants Overall highly recommended

the best location which will make your very easy metekhi church is just across the road in front of the hotel and service is really really nice the girl at reception is very helpful and supportive this is the best experience for me
