Wonderful smelling in the lobby. Super nice lobby staff. Room cleaning. Two bottle of water every day. Very nice Sky7 bar.

The breakfast could be little been diversified (smokes salmon in some days for example). The grilled bacon was to much dry. Our check in was about 3 a.m. next day but charge was for all day.

The room is very cozy, with pleasant colors, and everything is clean. The view from the window was on the river. The staff is very polite and pleasant. The bathroom is quite spacious, and there is high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel available.

The tall faucet in the bathroom was not securely fastened, causing some discomfort during use. There is no mirror in the room (only in the bathroom). The table in the room is slightly scratched. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak. It didn't completely spoil the experience, but it would be great if the staff paid attention to it.

The hotel has a great location in the Old Town. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially after a difficult journey and problems with my luggage at the airport. Breakfast was great, with a good selection, and my room was spotless and very comfortable. I booked a single room, and the bed was a good size, felt a bit bigger than a regular single.

Excellent location, exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff

No concierge or bell boy service. Had to carry our own suitcases up and down the steps. Housekeeping and restaurant staff very polite but not flexible. Water, toiletries, towels etc. were not replenished / changed in the room unless specifically requested each day.

I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Tbilisi. Nina was helpful at check in, and the room was exactly like on the website. Room was clean with a lot of light during day. Location is great, everything just few minutes walking distance from the hotel. I also enjoyed the food at their restaurant; Luca and Nina were amazing thank you everyone. The sky bar was a plus and it is a nice place to relax.

I observed that they are many dogs outside the hotel and it was a bit noisy, however, I noticed there are many dogs on the streets in the city too.

The location of the hotel is excellent as only a short walk away from downtown Tbilisi. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and had a nice atmosphere throughout. The staff on reception were excellent and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Unfortunately the Sky Lounge, which could have been very pleasant to sit in and have a drink, was full of smokers. Disappointing as it has great views of the city at night.

In general hotel premises are quite well. Breakfast also very good. Useful also the "pub" on the top floor of the hotel, as well as the bar on the lobby and the restaurant very close to famous Sulfur baths in Tbilisi and downtown (walking distance)

Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I requested to check in in the same rooms we had in our last visit 6 years ago and they were able to arrange it for us. They tried the maximum to make our stay wonderful as it was. Toilets have "Shattaf" which is suitable for Muslims

Nothing at all

Skybar was very nice and cozy. Skybar staff made great drinks and the bar food was nice. The Adobe Steak Restaurant on the bottom floor was a nice value for the money. Adobe staff were very pleasant and the attention to detail was evident in the meal. Entry to the hotel and lobby area always smelled spa-like and refreshing.

Gym was lacking in free weights. Barbells only went to 10kg. With a bit more attention, the gym could be really great. Some of the throw rugs in the entry/lobby need to be replaced. Not sure why no one can see how worn-out the rugs are? Definitely takes away from my first impression and 4 star status of the hotel. With a simple replacement, the change in rugs would make a well-deserved improvement.

Location is top, staff is super hospitable and friendly. Room was clean, nice and spacious

View from the room was a construction-side next door and not really very nice. Roof terrace is only open when the bar upstairs is open and that is a pity because I believe I could have had a spectacular view if I was allowed to enter the roof terrace.
