The rooms were spacious, new and clean. The hotel seems modern and comfortable. The breakfasts were fine and the staff kindly ordered me a taxi when I needed to check out early in the morning. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the bus station.

When I was in the process of checking out they needed to check the room before I could go which was quite unusual but it took only a couple of minutes and was no issue in truth.

Staffs - Robbie, Alina, Kate, Ilona are the best staffs. They took care of us and helped us a lot. Easy to approach and always smiling. The hotel itself is also good. food and hotel's interior. The hotel is clean, and safe. Also a budget friendly.

Nothing ,just to mention that you need to type Biography City Hotel when ordering a taxi to find the address.

The hotel is located just two hundred meters from the bus stop to take a bus for traveling 5 minutes to the old city center of Tiflis or about 20 minutes to the Central Train Station (if there are no problems with traffic). For example, if you arrive to Tbilisi by train, you can take the bus number 331 from the bus stop just in front the entrance to the Tbilisi Central Train Station. The google maps have the actual schedule for this bus. The room was good, the wifi, tv were working, and the breakfast (it starts on 8:00) was unexpectedly good. The corridors in the hotel are interestingly decorated.

I had an excellent stay. I liked the interior of my room and the whole hotel. Condition of the facilities and breakfasts. Hotel restaurant also works and they cook very good quality food for the average city restaurant price right at the hotel which is very convenient. I had a nice city and mountain view from my room. Staff was very helpful with various of my requests and general service level is top. Despite the location is not top central, I find it very convenient as it's rather quiet around, though the big street is 3 min right down the hill with shops, drug stores and lots of transportation by which the central part of the city is easity reached. (Also there is a small Spar right near the hotel, small meat store and a family bakery right in front). As an option you can walk and see part of the old city on the way for about 20 min, and then reach the spectacular Sufur Bath district. Or call a taxi which will cost like 4-5 lari to Liberty or 5-8 to Rustaveli.

Can't spot something which left me dissatisfied.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were very courteous . Breakfast was nice, but can provide options for Eggs to order. Eggs were there otherwise as boiled / omelette. Overall value for money. Icing on the cake is the staff behaviour.

Every things was perfect and lovely , stuff great all coffee shop perfect breakfast so good , and specially wonderful Manager lady ani it’s very friendly and helpful, I suggested for all to have a great experience All the best for all stuff & management at hotel

The breakfast was cold and looked a little messy, the room was not as luxurious as would have been expected

The hotel has a large, presentable lobby, there are places where to sit, there is also a restaurant where you can eat and drink coffee. The hotel is almost new, all the furniture and decoration have not had time to wear out. The interior of the room is thoughtfully made, there are sockets and light in the right places, there is a place to work on a laptop. Good air conditioning, easy to adjust, it was always warm and comfortable. The rooms are cleaned every day, they give out a full set of accessories, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap, toothbrushes, drinking water. Everything was great, we'll be back again.

The door to the bathroom did not work well, it sagged and stuck on the floor. There was also no ventilation or it did not work in the bathroom. The room was small, not exactly the size that was in the photo. Breakfast for 9 days is a little fed up, the quality of products and variety can be better, but overall it was good.

New Hotel in a hill top location 30 minutes walk to city where you can ride cable car to fortress and famous peace bridge. Clean room and comfortable mattress medium size room good for 2 person in a room with grocery store nearby. Helpful staffs.. delicious breakfast.
