From its prime location, just a stone's throw away from the bustling city center, to its warm and welcoming atmosphere, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. One of the most notable aspects of Hotel TbiliSee is its location. Situated in the charming Old Town, it offers easy access to Tbilisi's major attractions, allowing guests to explore the city on foot. However, what truly sets Hotel TbiliSee apart is its exceptional staff. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff members were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or assistance with arranging transportation, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Despite being a smaller hotel, Hotel TbiliSee exudes a cozy and inviting ambiance that instantly makes you feel at home. The intimate setting creates a sense of familiarity, making it the perfect refuge after a day of exploring the city. This was my second visit to Hotel TbiliSee, and it certainly won't be my last. The exceptional service, combined with the hotel's unbeatable location and cozy atmosphere, has made it my go-to choice for accommodation in Tbilisi. Amazing hospitable experience! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We felt really cared for during our stay. We encounted an issue with the toilet on the first night and it was immediately resolved. They helped us with communicating with the taxi drivers and they even helped in carrying our luggage to the room. The hotel and our room was beautiful! The view from our 2nd floor balcony overlooking the city was the best. The bathroom had bidet. We loved the breakfast! The buffet had plenty of options, we could even order eggs benedict, shakshouka and guacamole bread. The serving time for these was really fast. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing! We really enjoyed the breakfast everyday. The restaurant food is also great, I tried one of their dishes for dinner and it was really nicely served in our hotel room. Overall, amazing experience in this hotel.

The hotel is located is at a very steep slope on both sides and the road is paved with rough cobble stones. It looked great, but we had an infant baby with us, so it was challenging having to carry the baby through the steep slopes. We weren't able to use the stroller around the hotel area too. We had to carry it until the asphalt paved road (5 mins walk). The good thing however is that you can call the taxi right to the hotel entrance and avoid walking. So we were able to manage easily. The bathroom was a bit tight, without much shelf space.

The hotel was gorgeous—vintage, spotlessly clean, and with a dreamlike view from the room. The balcony offered the perfect vantage point to admire the Mother of Georgia, making me feel truly immersed in the city's beauty. The hotel's location was exceptional. The rooftop was incredible, offering a great ambiance and stunning views. Last but not least, the staff, especially Nato and Rati, were exceptionally kind. They were friendly, approachable, and provided service with both pleasure and professionalism. 🫶🏼❤️

Had a very good time staying at this place. Its in the center of the city and walkable to many attractions. All the staff were very helpful both at the hotel and the restaurant. They showed good hospitality. Special thanks to Rati, who has been very patient and helpful with all the information and multiple changes in our booking due to some of our last minute changes in departure. Spartak (provided by the hotel) had taken us around for 3 days. He is very kind and helped us navigate the tours and shopping based on our needs. We opted for his car to reach Yeravan as well. The breakfast spread is good with a lot of customisable options. See360 restaurant options are good for lunch and dinner, however if you are looking for a variety of vegetarian options, then they could be limited. The restaurant has a cosy vibe and plays good music

1) The location of the Hotel is superb.Though the hotel is at a steep height and a narrow lane,it is about a 200 meter walk downhill to Meidan Bazar from where you can walk to all the prominent places of visit in Old Tbilisi like Sameba Cathedral,Cable car to reach Narikala Fortress,do a sulphur bath,see the Bridge of Peace,do a boat ride,do a balloon ride,Freedom Square.etc.The attractions which are far are primarily Chronicles of Georgia and Mtatsminda Park to some extent. 2) The rooms are quite nice and beds are comfortable. 3) The staff of the Hotel is quite nice.

1) The breakfast options are fixed (extremely limited) and almost nothing for a Vegetarian family like ours.There was just bread,butter,cherry tomato,cucumber,olives and maybe Cakes (if one eats eggs).It was same set of breakfast everyday with no variety for vegetarians (maybe like red kidney beans,potato wedges,fries.etc. 2) The bed in Room No.11 (first floor with a balcony but no view) is quite small. 3) The washroom in Room No.15 (first floor with a city view) is extremely small. 4) I had requested for a complementary Birthday Cake and despite mentioning it multiple times over email (and booked over a month in advance),i did not receive it on the day of my bday despite.The hotel did compensate the next day when i reminded them of it however the occasion had surpassed.

Some rooms offer a view of the city, while others face an internal yard. At the time of booking, it wasn't clear that you needed to specifically request a room with the desired view. Later, it becomes almost impossible to change rooms, as the hotel is typically fully booked.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of old town. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly! The rooms are impeccably clean, there’s fresh coffee and tea available in the room itself, bathroom has heated floors and the bed is super comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with gorgeous views from the terrace overlooking the city. Despite rooms being on the smaller side, there’s ample storage for personal belongings including a closet and a full-length mirror. Excellent value for money! Highly recommend.

Honestly - everything! The hotel looks so authentic, decorated in Georgian style which makes your stay unforgettable! Location, view, comfort of the room, stuff, food was extremely delicious! I am travelling a lot - and that was my best stay with the best food ever! Completely worth to come back many many times!

The staff were extremely helpful, the food in the restaurant was excellent, the room was very comfortable even in the 38 degree heat and the location was excellent from a sight-seeing point of view.

My transfer from the airport was cancelled at the last minute but the woman on reception did arrange a taxi when I called. Otherwise, it’s not really an issue the hotel can fix but the walk up to it from the Old Town is very dark with no street lights and I found that a bit intimidating when I was walking alone at night.
