Top view, the room was extremely clean at all times (no matter how late we left the hotel, when we got back, we still found our bed made and everything in order), the breakfast food (they even have traditional food, and the ingredients used are premium), the lady serving the breakfast who i have to say is the sweetest lady, she always had a smile on her face and assisted us with whatever we needed, she basically made our mornings better.

The rooms are not soundproof in any way, so if you are a light sleeper, i suggest you bring earplugs.

This hotel has probably the best views in Tbilisi, from your balcony you can see whole old town. The rooms have everything you need. The cleaning ladies were amazings, room was cleaned everyday, the towels were changed daily. The breakfast was very delicious, you have a lot to choose from. The hotel is located under the Citadela (which was closed in time of our travel- september 2024), the road to hotel is very very steep, so it's a good workout walking there. The staff were very kind and accomodating. On our departure day they arranged us transportation to the airport (50 GEL). I cannot recommend enough staying in this hotel!

Where do I begin. Excellent location, walking distance from key sightseeing spots or near convenient transportation options. The room is spacious and comfortable, everything you need during your stay is available - kettle, glasses, cups, tea, coffee, storage options, toiletries, slippers, towels, wi-fi… The bed is extraordinarily comfortable. I haven’t slept so well in ages! The staff is friendly, helpful - they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. The breakfast was superb - a great variety of traditional and more common dishes, all fresh and delicious. Sadly, the restaurant wasn’t working, otherwise it would have been our go-to option for some meals. Plus, the view from the room is one-of-a-kind. I’d buy a room in the hotel to visit more often if I could.

For the sake of being open and honest - we couldn’t get the TV and the night lamps to work and asked the staff for help, however they never came. During our stay one of the lights suddenly started to work. This didn’t affect our stay in a negative way. Something else worth mentioning is that the hotel can be difficult to reach by some people or by many, especially after a whole day of walking and sightseeing. Some days it took time to catch my breath, but it was all worth it.

Facilities and restaurant/breakfast are really top notch, though the women who tend the breakfast bar speak only Russian. The food they made was beyond compare. I loved the artifacts and the overall decor of the place. You really felt like you were in an old and welcoming environment. Great views of the city and close to a lot of restaurants.

Its an uphill hike to get to the hotel that the staff can't do much about. Laundry prices were higher than I thought they should be. On one occasion the otherwise excellent staff needed prodding to finish requests made for local transport. It took us 15 minutes to walk (uphill again) to the metro Location is in the heart of tourist trapdom.

Breakfast really good, lady serving break fast was the most kindest person I met in Georgia. She offered us to help prepare my baby's meal as well and always greeted us in most kind way which made our stay in this hotel a very good start to our trip in Georgia. View from our room was exceptional, we could see whole city. Another thing I love about this place was how close it was to Fortress (although it was closed for renovation), and as well as Botanical garden and any place in general for you to be able to reach. Overall best hotel we stayed during our stay in Georgia.

We realized that the bed sheet, blanket covers were not replaced next day. We would very much appreciate if they can have daily room service tidying up the room and replacing the sheets.

It was amazing experience. I like everything. very cozy room, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, with a stunning view from the balcony over the entire city. 10 / 10 in all respects. the location is perfect. I forgot to mention the amazing dining room. Special respect to the chef. All the food is excellent, a large varied breakfast. Everything is fresh and natural. and thanks a lot to all staff. they are very nice persons.

I can't say that the climb to the hotel is a minus. On the contrary, I liked it. A little exercise is only beneficial. Don't be afraid of the reviews about the climb to the hotel, it's not hard and doesn't take long.

The location and the balcony view! Absolutely in the best spot ever: in the very heart of the city but far away from noisy bars and people for perfect rest. The view from our balcony was breathtaking.. Staff was incredibly friendly, professional and polite. Room was very spacious and clean with all facilities needed. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. There is an elevator, so no issue with luggage and the interior design is great. Comfy beds

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom due to some issue with pipes. The staff was helpful and tried to solve it, but still the smell would not go away. The uphill climbing might be challenging for some but for us it was a great exercise, and the view we had from the room was absolutely worth the effort.

1. Everyone was very friendly and helpful but Givi went out of his way to help us with anything at anytime. Even with ice in the evening when I had a pretty bad swollen ankle! We cannot thank you enough for your assistance and always very friendly approach. 2. Room and the hotel are beautiful. The balcony with the view was stunning. 3. Location is amazing. Very central. 4. Breakfast is good and they have some traditional food. 5. Wifi was always great.

1. Bath towels could be bigger. 2. Curtains do not block out the light very well and you can hear the cars/music from other hotels down the hill. These are small things and I would definitely stay again.

Location is excellent, right in the city center with all attractions within walking distance. The staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant served great food, and breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of local dishes such as salads and more.

It was difficult to find the hotel as it is located on a hill on a very small street. There are several small streets in the district around Maidan Square, and some are closed off with gates. Since my internet connection was lagging, I had to ask locals for directions and eventually found it. If you are traveling by rental car, I recommend planning your trip in advance. However, if you are using a taxi, it should not be a problem.

My wife and I personally loved the hotel and its location. This is the best hotel that one can stay in when visiting Tblisi as its located at the heart of the touristy spots. Everything is accessible, which includes supermarkets and lots of Indian/Pakistani (halal) restaurants. The famous Fort is just a walk uphill. The hotel breakfast was delicious, (I still remember their fresh mouth watering swiss roll) the staff was extremely friendly and gave a very positive vibe over all. The rooms were clean and met our expectations. The view was definitely the best part!
