Newly renovated, nicely designed boutique hotel in the centre of Tbilisi (The freedom Square is in a walking distance). The rooms were quite clean, quiet, well-equipped. We had a complimentary gift waiting for us in the room, which was a nice gesture from the team. The staff in reception (especially women) were welcoming and supportive.

Hotel has no parking lot for cars. If you are travelling by car, parking is a problem. Breakfast can be better. Besides, Espresso costs 6 GEL at the breakfast time. You have to pay every morning for a cup of coffee (if you do not drink instant coffee), which is strange for me.

Really nice hotel in the right centre of the city, spacious room with small balcony

Nestled in the heart of the old city with a modern and comfy interior, this stay was amazing! Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. We had a room with a great view of the Lady of Georgia, and we loved walking around the neighbourhood for some food and drinks, many options are within a walking distance. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and we loved the little breakfast buffet. Can't wait to visit again!

I wish the breakfast buffet had more variety, not that the food was not great, but staying there for 1 week and having the same food options every morning kinda gets boring.

Strofi is a luxurious experience. We had a large room with a very modern bathroom and the largest and most comfortable bed I have had in a hotel. We both had our own duvet, which is very pleasant when your partner is always hot and you are always cold. The hotel is situated in the middle of the Old Town which makes getting a taxi and getting there by car a slightly longer wait, as cars have to wind through small one-way-streets. The advantage is that you have the nicest part of Tiblissi right at your doorstep, and are able to stroll around sampling the food and admiring the houses. The best part of Strofi is their roof terrace which gives you a wonderful view of Tiblissi and is very atmospheric in the evening.

The breakfast was plentyful in fruit, salads, warm food and even cakes, but could have had more in the European bread-and-butter line and had no muesli at all. It also could do with starting earlier, as it presently starts at the (Causacisian early morning) time of 8:00. We had an early flight and missed breakfast as we had to get a taxi at 7.30.

It's a newly renovated hotel at the very heart of old Tbilisi, minutes away from all main points of interest. The area offers lots of restaurants and convenience shops. The view out of the window was terrific! We were traveling as a family of 5 (2 adults and kids 15,13 and 8 years) and booked a family room at Strofi hotel. Basically it was two separate rooms with a connecting door. We were also able to add a third bed to one of the rooms for the youngest daughter (at an extra cost). The breakfast was great, with several cereal options, cheeses, fresh bread, vegetables, pastry, jams and a selection of pancakes and egg. Filtered coffee was free, but a cappuccino or an americano was at extra cost. There's a panoramic roof on the 6th floor! Don't miss it out.

- Our room wasn't cleaned on time even though we were out from 10am until 5pm and asked again for it to be cleaned when we left for dinner (another few hours after 6pm). However staff apologized and brought us the replacement bottles of water. - There's no restaurant or bar at the hotel. The only dining option is breakfast. But we were able to find some decent restaurants right around the corner.

Location is strategic, it’s in a quieter spot of the Old Tbilisi but walking distance to everything. Mother of Georgia is reachable in 10 mins by steps. Bed was comfortable. The reception lady who speaks very good English was super friendly and helpful. Early checkin is available at 70% room rate.

Breakfast food variety was average. Some days I have to skip breakfast due to early start of local tours. WiFi connection was unstable in my room but luckily I have a local eSIM. Quality of toiletries and housekeeping could be better.

Strofi is my go to hotel in Tbilisi that I always book for my family. This time my mother traveled to Tbilisi, the hotel staff is wonderful. They helped my mom with everything, they were very friendly and flexible. The rooms are beautiful, clean and cozy. My mom especially likes the hotel breakfast that has a variety of foods. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to everything in the city center. I highly recommend this place.

Nothing, they are great!

The location is great, next to old town and close to a number of restaurants. An easy walk to all Tbilisi attractions. There are usual continental breakfast options with a local touch, but you can also order some meals a la carte.

The room safe is not laptop compatible - recommend doing some modifications in that regard in the future.

A small boutique hotel located in the beautiful and quiet area of the old city, a five-minute walk from the metro and lebarty Square. A clean hotel with a perfect breakfast that will suit everyone. The hotel staff is the most amazing and helpful at any time for any question I will definitely come back to it.

The hotel staff, the warm atmosphere, the location and the value are worth every dollar.

Strofi is a beautiful property with very curtious staff. We had 2 rooms booked at the property and we got upgraded to the delux rooms. It was excellent experience. Both rooms were big and spacious. Breakfast was also very nice. Walking distance from meidan square. Surrounded by lot of dining options (short walk ~ 5 mins).

The beds were a little too soft for our liking. But apart from it, it was a great experience.
