Excellent location, lovely traditional building, in the old town all interesting sites are within walking distance. Lots of food/restaurants all around. But still a very quiet hotel, surrounded by trees and a park, it was very peaceful. Daily housekeeping was always well done.

No elevator or common area such as a bar. Breakfast was not bad, but mostly the same everyday. Nothing really bothered us.

Tekla Palace is a small hotel with a fantastic location, tucked away in a quiet part of the city center. The little park in front of the hotel creates a serene buffer from the city’s hustle and bustle, offering a breath of fresh air right outside your door. Everything you’d want to see in Tbilisi is just a short walk away—it's the perfect base for exploring the city’s top attractions. Our room was small, but it had everything I needed and felt cozy. The hotel itself is in a charming old building, full of character and history. The staff? Wonderfully friendly and always ready to help. If you're looking for a peaceful stay in a prime location, Tekla Palace is an excellent choice.

The hotel is located in a historical building which brings unique atmosphere to your stay. The huge terrace is available for everyone to spend warm evenings with a bottle of a nice local wine. The staff keeps everything super clean. We got our room cleaned and towels replaced every day. The breakfast was pretty basic but tasty.

Our room was super small. I can't say this is something I didn't really like and wasn't prepared for but sometimes it was a little tight for two people.

WLAN for guests did not work, one had to use staff WLAN with signal very weak to non-existent; at least in my room. I am using this place since many years; with Covid it came under "Urban Hotels" chain. Regular prices now are far from reasonable and there is better value for money for those regular prices. Prices via booking App and the various discounts there lead to some 60% discount from the regular price and you end up with very good value for money again. Rooms could take some new painting.

Tekla Palace is perfectly situated in the Old Town of Tbilisi, in a beautiful, renovated historic building, close to most sights, yet in a quiet place, next to a wonderful park and you don't need to climb up the hill. It was a pleasure to be able to return even for a short rest during the day. Really, the best place in town. It is also pleasant to spend some time on the (shared) balcony. The staff is kind and very helpful.

It was my second time in Tekla Palace, because it was so good for the first time. However, I realised that you should NOT book the small rooms on the ground floor: they either overlook the square and you cannot really open the window, or the courtyard, which would be pleasant, except for the fact that they are right above the outside unit of the air-conditioning system, which switches on every 20-30 minutes and is as noisy as a tractor. Obviously, a good night's sleep is impossible. Not fair.

We recently stayed at Tekla Palace and had a fantastic experience. The staffs were welcoming and accommodating especially David, ensuring everything goes smooth. The room was clean, and very well-maintained. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast options offered each morning. Overall, I highly recommend Tekla Palace for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tbilisi.

Everything was perfect. We booked an economy room via genius discount. It was a lil bit small but with that price we couldn't find better place in this part of the town. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. 😀 If you can choose a larger room. I'm sure they will be better.

Tbilisi is a beautiful city, and we were lucky to have found this lovely hotel in a quiet street, across from a small park right in a central area. The room wasn't large but very comfortable and clean, and we especially liked the wonderful veranda, for common use, but with a little roped off area for each room. Friendly, helpful staff, and a good buffet breakfast in a (somewhat gloomy) semi-basement.

No issues, would stay again.

Perfect location in the city center, everything right next door on foot. Bright rooms with a beautiful terrace and everything you’d need. The building is classic style and feels authentic. Kind staff.

The rooms are not noise insulated (as the building is an old one) so we could hear the neighbours during the night.
