The hotel was super clean and their room serveice was great. The breakfast was fresh and yummy included good coffee. The location was the best and you can walk to all attractions. The staffs were nice and helpful specially the girl in reception. And the price was good, i highly recommend to stay in this nice hotel.

Location location location Period. As i mentioned location is perfecto 2 min walking distance from anything u need. The receptionist Salome is the best i wish i had an employee like her to work in my hotel. Housekeeping was on the point doing very good job everything is clean rooms and entrance. Maintenance staff fixing things fast. The entrance is nice and cozy with nice smell. Modern room with modern bathroom fridge a/c heater shower and balcony at least for me i dnt know for other rooms and smart tv which has youtube as a plus for me and a comfy bed. Thank u Hotel City for making my stay comfortable.

Bread in breakfast is hard as stone. Banging doors at night i think from the door system they have they dont isolate sound at all and also walls dont have isolation.

Reception staff were fantastic and ready to help at any point and always with a smile. Great job guys. Family Room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Fridge was big enough for minibar and our own items. Always hot water for a shower Iron available on request. Great views from top floor and nice patio area. Streets were clean and felt safe around the hotel. A short walk to the square with cafes and shops on the doorstep. AC or heater in both bedroom and lounge.

Local Cafe Richard has musicians from 6-11 pm and the noise on our side of the hotel was louder than our TV as it echoed around the streets. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold BUT the hot was not so hot as the water vat was kept at. Only 40oC so quickly goes cold. Sausages we're only hotdogs and then an egg of some description (scrambled/fried/hard-boiled) Other normal continental-style items were all good. Empty tables were not cleared so quickly and any crumbs just brushed onto the floor. King bed was two singles pushed together, no mattress topper so the join was quite annoying! The final small issue was a bad odour consistent in the bathroom!

Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, providing all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Perfect stay, thanks to Hotel City for great service. Air cooling works well, the room is very good and comfortable, water pressure and bathroom itself are very good, also hairdryer and iron are super modern and work well and quickly - thanks hotel owner and managers for good services and equipment. They have safe box. Cleaning services were excellent, towels change was every day. The location is incredible, we are happy that we have chosen this hotel for our stay. Supermarket is 2 minutes walk, old city is about 5-8 minutes walk, all touristic spots and tasty restaurants are quite close (Linville cafe with a nice interior, Zodiaque, Margarita, Sulico, etc), modern city center is 15-20 minutes walk. This location is perfect, everything in a good walking distance. Balcony is tiny, but this is a case for almost all hotels and guesthouses. Nice view from the balcony - not just bare wall, but they decorated it with grape. Appreciate they have early breakfast starting at 7:30am in weekdays, that was super good for us as we had some excursions starting 8:30, so we were in time and having full breakfast, not just lunch box.

Room was well appointed with a refrigerator, air conditioning, and plenty of closet space. The staff was friendly and gave me a great dinner recommendation my first night. I also enjoyed the easy access to Liberty Square and Old Town. I barely needed to use the train (which I wouldn't have minded since the train is fantastic).

As a warning, buy a set of earplugs because sometimes the street noise can be a little much. That's actually probably good advice for Tbilisi generally.

Location was central and easy to get to and from. Room was very clean and sizable. Staff were helpful and as we arrived before check in they made sure our rooms were available in a short time, even sent text message that the rooms were ready.

Only thing that was a small issue was there was no facility to keep your luggage while our rooms were being prepared.

The room was quite big and warm. Tha breakfast was various enough. Very polite personnel. 10/10, will choose this place next time

This was a very pleasant hotel which is very central in a quiet street off a bustling main shopping street of Tbilisi. The reception area was rather clinical and quite small, but our room was very well decorated and a good size with a nice bathroom. Our outlook was a lovely small courtyard which was surrounded by rather ruined low buildings but was really quiet and had a tall wall covered in ivy which looked spectacular. Breakfast was in a pleasant lower room and was quite varied and tasty. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet so we had a nice night's stay.

The male receptionist was rather unsmiling and unwelcoming, but the young woman who took over from him the next day was very cheerful and pleasant. The stairway to all the rooms was being used for storage of odd bits of furniture which you had to manoeuvre yourself around and I'm sure even in Georgia this is against fire regulations. Although very well decorated and modern the hotel seemed to lack charm and character which was a pity.
