Friendly staff. Good price. Moved our room easily.

No restaurant for evening meals. The advert for this hotel is misleading. Only bar snacks. Most cooked items for breakfast were barley warm, mostly cold. Bread buns/rolls were under baked (doughy) Cafe creme machine had no creme, so adding ice cold milk made coffee cold to go with the cold breakfast. Had to move room due to noisy neighbours. No visible restaurants in vicinity of hotel.

The room was big for two people, room was dark for sleeping and a sohva bed was inside the room we stayed in. The area where the hotel is situated looks peaceful and more like a residential area The bus and bus stop travel very near the hotel. It cost €1.90 from the bus stop near the hotel to city centre (The Elisen Galerie is located in the heart of Aachen.) You need an environment sticker on your car windscreen to enter this hotel area, as in, the hotel is situated in Aachen's environment zone. According to Booking.com Q&A, you can buy environment sticker in ADAC. But ADAC doesn't sell environment sticker because I was told so by ADAC in an email when I contacted them.

I didn't find anything that would make me not going back to this hotel.

The hotel is super easily accessible from the motorway. It is stone throw from Carolus Thermes (the goal of our visit). It's a bit further from the city center, but still a walking distance. Staff is helpful and ultra friendly. Breakfasts are really good with wide choice of food (scrambled eggs, cereals, fruits, coffee, juice and more). You can also grab a "coffee to go" from the coffee machine in the breakfast area. We will come back.

The breakfast was fresh, tasty and combining successfully quality and quantity. Bathroom was very clean and the airco was silent and efficient.

The information that the parking is paid was not provided clearly in the website. The main reason to choose the hotel was the parking which appeared to be paid when we checked out. There is no real restaurant in the hotel. There were only three or four non German language TV channels.

We liked the calmness and the quiet location. Bed was very comfortable, and a very wide and functional shower. Breakfast was ok although nothing spectacular. Good location for the spa and free parking on the street.

In general, a bit more attention on the cleaning (there were some spider webs along the corridors) and on the details (many walls had stains or damage). Try to organise a bit better the breakfast as it was too busy, and many things were not available or not immediately replenished. Please tell the personnel to explain better the parking fee and how it works in case it's completed.

Excellent breakfast, very tasty, personnel above all expectations. Beds great, very good soundproof. Convenient location.

The only flaw is really small and overcrowded breakfast area, long queues for coffee machines etc. Next time we’d better go to eat early in the morning or later after 10. One room key card given to 2 adults; when I had to go down for a while I had to leave my family with lights out, otherwise I couldn’t use the elevator. For longer stay I’d indeed request an extra card.

Super friendly staff. We were allowed to take our bikes to the room (this is a top top point for bike travelers) Very confortable bed Quiet at night, even being close to the elevators. Great bathroom and shower and amenities (included conditioner and body balm)

Breakfast area way too small for the amount of guests the hotel can fit. It gets too crowded and the lines for anything are super long. Old TV (no satellite, no option to connect to there device)

The location is great - right next to the stadium if that is why you are in Aachen and about 25 minutes into the centre of the city. Car park is spotlessly clean and safe, though a little tight for manoeuvring with modern larger cars. Staff were great, room excellent, though a little too warm (could have asked how to turn the thermostat down as it was set at 22 degrees, but it was late and only one night), and breakfast also excellent.

The wifi was a little slow by today's standards but adequate for emails and web browsing.

Design of shower with no door means bathroom floor can get unnecessarily wet. Our sleep was repeatedly disturbed by a faulty bedside light that switched on several times during the night and infuriatingly resisted attempts to click it back into the off position. No apology was forthcoming at reception
