Close to the station and busses. You can also walk to places. Susan is a super hostess and the staff are friendly. Attended the Chio and Bensons is the perfect to stay for the event. If u do stay at Bensons, go to Vabene restaurant. Divine pizza. Once again, thanks Bensons for making my stay so comfortable. I'll definitely come again

Although there is no lift in the hotel, the staff took care of my heavy luggage. Because the hotel is on the street, one can hear sounds coming from the road. The first night I wore earplugs supplied by the hotel. But afterwards I got used to it and slept well in a super comfortable bed.

Small cute hotel in an old building. We got upgraded in the small apartment, a very nice surprise! Nice room decoration and plenty of space, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom, big shower with strong water pressure. The staff was kind and available. They immediately explained to us how to get into the building from the back door. Three minutes walk from the station and around 15 to the city center. We had a very good stay and recommend this hotel!

Overall good cleaning, but small clean attention to more hidden spots in the room. The shampoo/shower gel got not refilled. Pillows could be too soft for some people.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Though breakfast wasn't included, it was worth paying the extra for, given the wide choice on offer in the buffet, all to a high standard of presentation and quality. The hotel is very convenient for the station and in a mainly pedestrianised street. The room which happened to be at the rear of the building had a very comfortable bed and proved quiet at night. Would be happy to stay again when in Aachen.

Given proximity to Railway station, it's not quite so convenient for the city centre, but it's still easy walking distance.

Staff were very accommodating. Was a very late, last minute booking and the lady actually waited over for us to arrive despite reception closing at 6pm. Room was comfortable and clean, facilities were good and it was a welcomed break after a significant time travelling. Well placed location near the train station local amenities.

Breakfast was a little basic although the host at breakfast couldn't have been more welcoming, overall a nice meal to start the day in a nice environment - had I been staying longer though maybe I'd have wanted more options.

Very nice hotel, located close to Aachen main station. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was rich with a lot of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Maybe the ratio quality/cost can be improved. I still think that the overall cost was too high with respect to the services provided. Also the hotel was closed on Monday morning and I had to wait up to 2 pm to leave my luggage.

The hotel is located close to the central station and within walking distance to the Old Town of Aachen. The room was equipped with all needed amenities. It was very fresh and clean. The lady in reception welcomed me very warm and politely explained how and when to use the back door of the hotel for the entry. Very close to the hotel a bakery is located where you can buy traditional Aachener Printen (German gingerbread cookie)

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was a good choice of cooked and cold breakfast food, cold meats, fruit, continental. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, warm, good facilities. Location by the old town was perfect for our long weekend.

Very friendly ladies at reception, who made you feel very welcome. Room was comfortable and quiet. We slept very well indeed. Very conveniently located, and just a short distance on foot both from train station and from city centre. Building is an old building, so a nice staircase and high ceilings in the room.

Coffee and tea making facilities in the room would have been very nice. The bathroom was a bit small, but a good shower none the less.

because we were arriving late we called ahead and lady at the reception stayed almost an hour after reception closes, which me and my colleague are really grateful for, and she also gave us pointers where to grab a long dinner
